Chapter 523 - Chapter 123

Title: War Across Dimensions 4

Sasuke tightened his grip around his sword as he glared unblinkingly at the God-like woman in front of him. He had just told Naruto that their chances of victory were only high if they were together, but as if making a joke out of them, she separated them instantly.

Being under her gaze didn't help as it just seemed like she wasn't even taking any of this seriously.

"You Rinne-sharingan…How many abilities does it possess?" Kaguya asked, completely throwing the Uchiha off.

"Huh?" Sasuke hummed in confusion, however, he quickly adjusted his emotions and said. "Why do you think I'll tell you something like that..?"

"What are you talking about? The way you use that Dōjutsu is disgusting to look at. I don't even think I'll need to actually put in an effort to kill you both if I wished." Kaguya said disapprovingly as a small frown made to climb her face.

Sasuke didn't buy that and just kept silent, causing Kaguya to flare her chakra. Her Rinne-sharingan shone a deep red before returning to its normal color.

"Hmm. Amenotejikara…an interesting movement technique, but weak against those who actually own Space Related Domains…" Kaguya said causing Sasuke's eyes to widen. "And your Sharingan…Ah, I see. You haven't had time to merge your Time Related abilities to the Rinne-sharingan."

"You..! How do you know those things!?"

"How? That's a funny question. Weren't you paying attention to the Black thing? All Chakra on this planet came from me. Your Dojutsu is a by-product of My Chakra…and yet you ask…how do I know these things?" Kaguya asked.

"Take me for example. Dimensional Shifting, Yomotsu Hirasaka, Will Materialisation, Space-Time Portal, Amenominaka. These are just a few of my abilities." Kaguya said and in a blink of an eye, they were in a new dimension…One made of nothing but sand as far as the eye could see.

"Do not mistake Dimensional Shifting with Yomotsu Hirasaka however."

"Huh?" Sasuke couldn't help but ask as he felt the change. He wouldn't lie and say he wasn't pleased with the change of environment. Nobody wanted to stay in a boiling hot world for long.

"With Dimensional Shifting, I have an uninterruptible access to any and all dimensions I can sense. And as you may have noticed with your eye, You can see through any dimension…you just haven't trained it enough to sense through them." Kaguya said and instantly appeared before Sasuke with a White Ash Bone in her hand.

"Yomotsu Hirasaka however, gives me the ability to move any dimension that I deem mine…to my location, which means…"

"I was basically moved over to you right now…" Sasuke completed causing Kaguya to smile a bit in satisfaction.

"This also means that we haven't really moved from the spot we were at on earth." She said and appeared right where Madara had been impaled with the entire world watching her hold Sasuke by the neck, Naruto too.

Sasuke's eyes were already getting dim due to the grim realization. How could they possibly beat this Person.

"You're probably thinking how you could defeat me right?" Kaguya asked.

"Hey! Sasuke! What's with that look?! We've got a World to save!" Naruto who appeared breathless screamed at the near despairing Sasuke.

"I see the dimension I sent you to didn't help with your Energy." Kaguya said and turned to Naruto. "I have nothing to actually teach you…I rely more on my Dōjutsu than actual physical combat…perhaps Nami?"

"What are you talking about? Teach me? Heh, as if I need you to teach me anything. I'm a genius. Didn't anyone tell you that? Just you wait! We'll be sealing you away in no time." Naruto said with guts.

While some of the onlookers thought Kaguya would be angry or react badly, she merely smiled and casually threw Naruto away. However, her casual throw has Naruto flying into the horizon.

"Naruto!" Both Minato and Tobirama shouted and activated their Hirashin simultaneously to go after him which Kaguya noticed but only hummed in response.

"Now you-" Kaguya turned to Sasuke only to see his Rinne-sharingan flare and he disappeared from her hold. "Hmm." She hummed as a Portal opened up beside her and Sasuke flew out of it. "You didn't think you could escape me did you?"

She asked as Sasuke teleported in front of her. "An impressive Dōjutsu, I must say… its potential is immense even. With proper control and enough chakra, you could be a planet burster." She said,

"Imagine attacking a planet and then while you're in their atmosphere, swap yourself with the moon…" she muttered to herself with a wry smile. "Husband was right, the diversity of Bloodlines on this planet would really create a force to be reckoned with."

"You! What do you want?!" Sasuke bellowed at the woman.

"Haven't I told you? I would like to teach you more about your eye. As you are now, you stand no chance against me, not to mention those still to come."

"Wha- Still to come?"

"Of course. What? You thought I was the final boss? While I may be stronger than them, they'll come in groups. Tell me, if you can't even defeat a single me, how can you hope to defeat a group of me?" Kaguya tilted her head.

"Then…but the old man…Hagoromo said.."

"Forget everything Hagoromo said. He's but a child way over his head. Zetsu too. Although I was what he said I was, I did it for a reason. However, observing you Humans over the years, I've decided to place my hopes on you."

"Huh?"

"Hmm. However, you're still too weak to actually do anything. As of now, only you two stand a chance…" Kaguya said as her Rinne-sharingan twitched. "Others have the potential, unfortunately…they're dead- Oh look, they're back."

"Time for round three. Prepare yourselves." Kaguya said and immediately flew up to the skies and raised her hands.

"Sasuke! What's going on?!" Naruto asked as he was teleported right beside Sasuke by Minato.

"I…have no idea." Sasuke said as he continued watching the ascending figure. "But I have a bad feeling."

As soon as he said that, bright lights shone across the night sky as a plethora of colours rained down from the sky.

"What is that..?" Naruto asked in confusion, but Sasuke gasped in horror.

"How is this possible." Sasuke muttered. It was one thing when faced against falling meteorites but this..? This was something on a whole other dimension.

As for what he was seeing, it was basically a rain of arrows…No arrows would be taking it too lightly. It was a rain of gigantic spears. And not just spears, but spears made out of Ice, Lava, Poison, Sand and…"Is that gravity?"

"Huh?"

Naruto wasn't able to perceive it, but Sasuke could. He could see the space around those spears twist as if trying to get more space and occupy more space at the same time.

'Is that similar to Shun-nii's Purple?' Sasuke thought as he was reminded of Shun's attack, one where he combined The Push and Pull effects of the Blue and Red balls.

"We have to stop this somehow…!" Naruto said as he took understood the gravity of the situation.

As the barrage of spears descended upon them, Sasuke and Naruto sprung into action, their minds racing to find a solution to the impending disaster.

"Sasuke, we need to come up with a plan fast!" Naruto shouted over the deafening roar of the falling spears.

Sasuke nodded grimly, his mind already spinning with possibilities. "We can't afford to let even one of those spears hit the ground. If they make contact, it could spell disaster for everyone."

With a swift motion, Sasuke activated his Amenotejikara, teleporting himself and Naruto to different points in the sky. He didn't know why he didn't that, but he believed Naruto would also have a countermeasure for this.

Naruto focused his chakra, summoning massive Rasenshurikens infused with the power of tailed beasts and more. With a mighty swing, he launched the Rasenshurikens into the path of the falling spears, aiming to intercept them before they could reach the ground.

Meanwhile, Sasuke sought to tap into the full potential of his Rinne-sharingan. 'Slow? No, the Mangekyou Sharingan can't slow down this many projectiles! C'mon! Think!'

Sasuke didn't realize it, but as that moment, his thoughts were being accelerated to it's limits, whether it was due to his Mangekyou Sharingan 'Fast' effect on his brain or just his brain evolving, he didn't know, he just knew he had to come up with something…Fast.

'That's right! She did say I could merge the Mangekyou Sharingan abilities to the Rinne-sharingan. Perhaps I can stop them in space?' Sasuke mind spun. Unknown to him, that idea was all his Dōjutsu needed to evolve.

Suddenly, all the projectiles that had escaped Naruto's destructive barrage came to a halt in the sky.

"What? What's happening?" Naruto asked rhetorically but a surge of chakra from Sasuke answered his question.

"Naruto! Hurry! I'm not sure I can hold them for long!"

"Gotcha!" Naruto replied and formed another barrage of Rasenshurikens and hurled them at the static projectiles.

"Impressive…But that isn't the end y'know." Kaguya cold voice sounded right next to their ears, and looking up, just as the dust and debris of the collision cleared, more spears continued to rain down from the sky, each one more powerful than the last. It was clear that they were facing a force beyond anything they had encountered before.

As the relentless onslaught continued, Sasuke and Naruto knew they needed to act quickly to neutralize the threat.

With a determined expression, Sasuke focused his chakra, channeling it into his Rinne-sharingan. As he concentrated, the space around the falling spears began to warp and distort, causing them to freeze in midair once again.

But Sasuke could feel the strain building up, his mind struggling to maintain control over the immense power he was wielding. The Rinne-sharingan pulsed with energy, its purple glow intensifying with each passing moment.

"Sasuke, you're pushing yourself too hard!" Naruto shouted, concern evident in his voice as he watched his friend exerting himself to the limit.

"I know, but we have to stop this!" Sasuke replied through gritted teeth, his eyes never leaving the suspended spears above.

Naruto nodded, understanding the urgency of the situation. With a burst of speed, he darted through the air, gathering more chakra as he prepared to unleash another barrage of Rasenshurikens.

As the spears hung motionless in the sky, Naruto unleashed his attack, sending a wave of swirling energy hurtling towards them. The Rasenshurikens collided with the spears, creating a series of powerful explosions that lit up the night sky.

But even as the smoke cleared, more spears continued to rain down from above, their sheer numbers overwhelming. It seemed that no matter how hard they fought, the enemy's onslaught would never end.

"We can't keep this up forever, Sasuke!" Naruto called out, his voice strained with exertion as he struggled to maintain his barrage.

Sasuke knew he was right. Despite their best efforts, they were still no match for Kaguya's overwhelming power. But as he looked at Naruto, determination burning in his eyes, he knew they couldn't give up.

"Naruto, remember Shun-nii's Purple?"

"Huh?"

"The technique. The one where he adds the Blue and Red balls of Chakra together."

"Oh! That Purple. Yeah, I remember, what of it?"

"How about we try creating it?"

"What are you talking about? We can't create something like that. Even if we can, I'm not sure she'll allow us to try, fail and try again."

"I think she would."

"Huh? What are you on about now?"

"Don't think too much about it. If you think she won't allow us, try not to fail and let's get it the first time." Sasuke said, his eye brimming with determination.

"That's well and good, but how would we create that?"

"Shun explained the Purple to me before, it's basically the Combination of Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tei'in. Push and Pull."

"Yeah, I was there, but that'll only create a Black Hole. He himself said it."

"I know, but how is it possible that his Purple totally disintegrates matter while Science says it'll create a Black Hole?"

"I'm not sure I'm following…"

"I think it's all about Will. Kaguya told me earlier. Will Materialisation. That's one of the abilities of the Rinne-sharingan. And I've felt it too. Perhaps we just need to imbue our Purple with the Characteristics that we want."

"..." Naruto appeared to be deep in thought as he tried to make meaning of what Sasuke just said. 'Will Materialisation?'

"But you don't really need me to create that, do you? You already have the Rinnegan, you could use it to create that, right?"

"Yes, but I don't have the required chakra and control to create one capable of reaching her…not to mention to actually destroy her dimension."

"Destroy…Huh. I see. If we can destroy her Dimensions, the attack would stop…Theoretically." Naruto said and then nodded. "Yosh! Let's do it."

Kaguya who was floating high above the atmosphere itself couldn't help but smile at the duo. She could hear everything they had said and couldn't help but nod appreciatively. At least Sasuke was listening. Now, all that remained was to see how powerful their attack would be.

With a shared nod of determination, they focused their chakra, channeling it into their respective techniques. Sasuke's Rinne-sharingan glowed with an intense purple light, while Naruto's eyes blazed with the power of the Nine-Tails.

Together, they began to weave their chakra, combining the Push and Pull effects of Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tei'in into a single devastating attack. Naruto provided the chakra while Sasuke manipulated it to his desired effects. As they concentrated, the air around them began to warp and distort, forming a swirling vortex of energy.

Kaguya watched with interest from her vantage point high above, her eyes narrowing slightly as she observed the duo's efforts. She could sense the immense power building within them, and for the first time, she felt a twinge of uncertainty.

Suddenly, with a burst of energy, Sasuke and Naruto unleashed their attack. A massive sphere of swirling purple energy erupted from their outstretched hands, hurtling towards Kaguya with unstoppable force. Wherever it passed, space seemed to shatter like glass not to mention the giant spears.

And unlike the earlier barrage of Rasenshurikens, this purple ball of chakra continued unimpeded towards Kaguya.

As the attack neared her, Kaguya's eyes widened in surprise. She had not expected them to be able to generate such a powerful technique, let alone wield it with such precision.

With a quick motion, Kaguya raised her hands, summoning a barrier of chakra to defend herself. But even as the barrier formed, she could feel the sheer force of the attack bearing down upon her, threatening to overwhelm her defenses.

'This feels like something Shun would create. It's out of this World.' Kaguya thought with annoyance, but a smile still appeared on her face. 'Unfortunately…'

For a moment, time seemed to stand still as the attack and the barrier clashed in a titanic struggle of wills. Then, with a deafening roar, the barrier shattered under the onslaught, unable to withstand the combined might of Sasuke and Naruto's attack.

The sphere of purple energy crashed into Kaguya with explosive force, engulfing her in a blinding flash of light. For a moment, everything was consumed by the brilliance of the explosion, and then, as the light faded, silence descended upon the battlefield.

As the dust cleared, Sasuke and Naruto looked on in disbelief, their eyes widening in astonishment. Before them stood Kaguya, her form Divine and untouched, as if their earlier attack was nothing but air.

"You actually managed to force me to use that, huh," Kaguya said, her voice tinged with a mixture of surprise and admiration. "I must admit, I did not expect such power from mere mortals."

Sasuke and Naruto exchanged a glance, a sense of satisfaction washing over them. Despite the odds, they had managed to hold their own against Kaguya, if only for a moment.

But their victory was short-lived, as Kaguya's eyes flashed with renewed determination. With a swift motion, she raised her hands once again, preparing to unleash her full power upon them.

What Kaguya done was merely utilising her newly found and perfected control over time. Space and Time were Interrelated. One cannot exist without the other, and like Fire and Water, they both Supplement and Diminish eachother.

Space, Time and Matter. Three fundamental aspects that came into existence at the very same instant. None elder, stronger or superior to the other.

The Black Hole was an embodiment of Space at it's Peak. It makes use of the Push and Pull effects of gravity to form. However, it doesn't form instantenously. It takes 'Time' to form.

What if…Kaguya simply stopped time?

It was a simple fix. With no motion in the surrounding space, the formation of the Black Hole would be halted, rendering it harmless. Time, being the fourth dimension, plays a crucial role in the creation and existence of the Black Hole. Without time, there can be no change, no evolution, and no progression.

Kaguya, realizing the potential of manipulating time in conjunction with space, decided to freeze time momentarily, disrupting the formation of the Black Hole and nullifying the threat posed by Sasuke and Naruto's attack.

Naruto and Sasuke didn't notice this however and prepared to defend her next attack, however-

"Don't you think that's enough?"
