"Oh, before I forget, the five element support and also repel each other. If you are skilled in fire, you may find water difficult. If you're skilled in air, you might find earth difficult, also lightning. When you learn these two opposite elements, you could combine them to get an even stronger one. Figure it out yourselves. Ciao"
Saying that I turned to leave before Izanami said.
"Papa, how will our training work? I know you expect us to figure things out ourselves we still don't know anything about this place except the basic info."
"Hmm, these clones I created will serve as your tour guide in here. Each represents each element. The wood clone will handle the Yang plane though. As for your meals, they will be ready here. My true cline will take care of that. In the evenings, you'll be teleported back home."
"Your training will begin after your breakfast at home, and end in the evening, five days a week, the sixth day will be for your additional skills, like seals, or weaponry. Seventh-day will be for your rest."
"It's not compulsory though, I know you both have few friends so you can still decide to visit them whenever you want. My true clone here will update me on your progress, whenever he deems you satisfactory, your time here will end."
This may seem harsh but they gotta grow stronger. I had a theory on strength in this world, Kaguya hasn't confirmed It yet but I believe or I want to believe my children will prove this theory true.
As for what theory I am talking about, time will tell.
"But papa, why are we learning all this?" Izanami asked begrudgingly.
"Don't be a baby now, Nami, I already gave you a way out so it's up to you now. Don't forget who it was that wanted to go explore the world now."
Not to wish them bad luck or something, but what if they leave and end up encountering Isshiki by mistake? I know he's in a weakened state now but still...
As for the satisfactory stage, before they are allowed to graduate, that is the Avatar level. Perfect mastery or near-perfect mastery over the five elements.
The principle of elemental manipulation In this world is different from other worlds, still, they have some similarities, they have learned the basics of hand seals growing up so they should know what to do.
This dimension, however, will allow them to use their jutsu by willing it. Continuous practice makes perfect after all.
"Ah, there's someone I want to introduce you two to. Ria too. I don't think you've seen him before. Only Hinami has, I don't know where he ran off to for the past 12-plus years but I think it's due time he met his family."
Stretching my hands into the air, it literally pierced space and with a jerk, I pulled back and pulled a furry animal to me.
Wahh... Howl.
"Who dares disturb this lord ?" The animal screamed in rage and turned around to look in hmfury.
Meanwhile, he was thinking, 'what the fuck is going on. Someone managed to pull me through space. From another dimension to this one. This isn't the main world, that's for sure.'
3rd POV
As it turned to face the ones looking at him, he saw two adult women and two children. The children gave him a familiar feeling while the black-haired and white-eyed lady looked familiar, like someone he met more than a decade ago.
He found it impossible for that lady and this one to be the same as from the knowledge he had acquired this past few years, humans tend to age faster than sage animals or his kind, spiritual lifeforms...
His father though was a different case altogether. To him, his father was akin to God. After all, to create a being as magnificent as him, none other than a God could accomplish that.
As he was glaring warily at the four he front of him, he thought, 'Which of these four managed to pull me here? They better not be planning anything suspicious or I'll show them why I am the revered divine wolf.'
Shun snickered behind him as he could feel the emotions from him, anger, fear, and wariness, were the most prevailing emotions.
Yes, this wolf was Fenrir. Shun's first creature all those years ago. After something time with Shun and Hinami, he had run away from home like the young blood he was and coincidentally chances upon the Shikkotsu forest.
There, he met various types of animals, both the normal ones, sage ones, and corrupted ones.
He had learned to differentiate them due to his extensive knowledge and intelligence bestowed on him by Shun.
The normal ones were the herbivorous or nature-friendly animals who wouldn't even bat an eye in front of him. He wasn't unreasonable enough to go look for trouble with them, after all, he was civilized.
The sage animals were the ones who could talk and use the energy around them to fight. He had a run-in with them due to some misunderstandings. They were a group of furry animals the same as him, only they had elongated noses with varying numbers of tails.
They had assumed he trespassed into their territory and after some exchange of words, a fight broke out. He won though and ran away without taking any life, after all, he was reasonable enough to know he was in the wrong.
The other animals he met were the ones that had the same essence as him but were corrupted. Unlike him though, they had a condensed physical form while he was a purely spiritual life form.
They were unreasonable beyond understanding though, they attacked frenziedly, he won though, after all, they were wild beasts, just a little bit stronger than the average animal.
He had a few run-ins with these kinds and experienced many battles after which he met a pack of wolfs, they were just that a pack of Wolfs, with no chakra, or natural energy.
They thought he was a lone wolf and attacked him, he tried to reason with them to no avail. Following that, he beat the living daylight out of them and made them acknowledge him as their alpha.
Because they couldn't understand him, he divided to experiment on them. He did something he had seen Shun di previously In passing and passed his chakra into them while helping them circulate it.
{A/N: Meditation}
With that, he was able to understand them, albeit barely.
From them, he learned that there was a place filled with aloha wolves, and even among the alpha wolves, there was an even greater alpha.
Hearing this, an excitement he didn't know he could feel emerged from his heart, and following their direction, they came to a forest with large trees, as they walked in, he felt something akin to spatial displacement.
This was something he became used to while staying in Shun's dimension.
That meant that he was already inside a separate dimension belonging to wolves.
As he looked on, he saw trees larger than the normal ones outside and mounds as tall as he is in his released form. Je also felt an enormous amount of energy from different areas that rivaled or were greater than his.
His heart chilled at the thought of this but remembering his father's words, he calmed himself once more. His father's exact words were:
"I named you after a divine wolf and you evolved in that direction. When you reach your peak, you could rival the Nine-tail beast, though reaching the level of ten tails would depend on you"
After Further inquiries, he found that in the future, there would be Nine of his kind with varying numbers of tails of which the Nine-Tails was the strongest.
That means that he had the potential to stand at the highest pinnacle of beasts of his kind and more. That also meant he was the first of his kind.
In summary, he had to show his supremacy with strength and after a few battles, he was finally noticed by the wolf sage. Even he felt fear from the depth of his very being when stared at by the wolf.
It was the tallest creature he had ever seen. The energy he felt from the wolf was even more potent than what he felt from Shun, which meant that this wolf was stronger than Shun by a lot.
This thought humbled him, all his previous notions of potential were momentarily put aside.
Anyways, the wolf sage said he saw potential in young Fenrir, and seeing as he was not made of flesh made his potential even more glaring.
According to the old wolf, the point of existence for sage animals was to transcend their physical bodies and exist outside of them. That's the reason behind the word 'Sage'.
Through constant meditation, they strengthen their body and spirit with the energy of the world. This way, they would have a spiritual form should their physical one give up.
Shun POV
Seeing the wary dog, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, wait, what am I saying, this isn't a cultivation world.
Looking at him, I laughed internally before I couldn't hold it anymore and burst out laughing.
Fenrir's hair literally stood straight in shock as he jumped away in fright due to instinct.
"Umu~. Not a bad reaction, but you still didn't notice me even after standing in front of me for so long, huh, Fenrir?"
Fenrir shook as he heard the voice, it was similar to his father, the one whom he revered above any other being. Looking up to get a clear view, his eyes widened before realization dawned on him and he smiled 'If it's father, it's not surprising he could pull me from that dimension then.'
''It's been a long time, father" Fenrir said and lay down on his belly in greeting.
Oh? Did he learn some manners or something? I don't see him for a decade and he becomes civilized? There must be a story behind this.
"Yeah, it's been a while.
