Once I said that you won't understand me,
Once I thought that you'll leave me behind,
Once I assumed that you're breaking the promise,
Once I argued that my choices were right;
I was wrong at that time.
Once I feared if you hated my attire,
Once I judged : you had self-centered mind,
Once I feared you as a risk of my life,
Once I surmised that you're kinship is a lie;
I was wrong at that time.
But being so much wrong,
I'm disheartened yet lite,
That all my predictions, in the end, were right.
You've stolen my bliss and acted all kind.
I was so naïve that I cried on your marring wine.
