And then after a few more days of clearing gates with Se-hun, he was able to gather enough points to unlock the new feature that Genesis was talking about and Xiu also had fun talking with Se-hun while they were clearing gates.
Then after that Xiu bought the new function and then he was suddenly teleported to a different place like last time but it was like he was in space but then when he looked forward there were so many different animals.
And when he checked all of the animals, it was all the genes that he had unlocked and each one showed a percentage and it would give rewards whenever 10% was added so Xiu decided to try and boost it.
Only after a while he found out it was the favorability and so for the next few weeks, Xiu tried gaining favorability with the bear gene, he brought it loads of fish and berries.
And he also played with it, cleaned up after it and in only a few days it reached 10% and the reward was that the bear gene under went a transformation and the gene suddenly became a mid-level gene the Dire Bear Gene.
Then after that he wanted to see what else would happen if he continued increasing the favorability of the gene then after a week it reached 20% and Xiu was able to gain a lot of gene points and all of the dire bear gene skills improved a lot.
Xiu continued this for over many weeks to improve it to 50%, when it reached 30% it gained another mystic skill called "Dire Trash" which allowed it to multiply it's skills strengths and speed.
Then after 40% Xiu was able to gain 50% of the strength of the dire bear then at 50% Xiu was able to become a hybrid of a dire bear which could only be done by a person at the monster lvl 8 or higher.
So Xiu was extremely excited about this since this mesnt he could become insanely string if he kept increasing the favorability so he decided to increase the other favorabilities as well.
This went over for a few months but he decided to stop since there were so many genes and it takes so long to increase the favorability of each gene Xiu stopped that for a bit but he was able to reach 50% for multiple genes.
Like the High Elf Gene, Elite Spectrum Gene, Giant Marbled Crayfish Gene, Alpha Raptor Gene and other genes reached above 20% so all of the skills went to mid-level or higher.
Xiu was now able to become a hybrid of multiple genes and he could even do some at the same time and the strength of each gene improved by a tremendous amount and it was definitely incomparable from before.
And Xiu decided that he would create new identities with the new types of genes and have them clear gates and gain some DNA points for me, and had the clones show that they could use the hybrid form of genes.
And after that Xiunwent to classes like normal again, he started talking more to Eun but nothing out of the ordinary happened and Se-hun was able to become a part of the top 50 as well so Xiu was kicked out.
And so Xiu had to face another ranking but this time he decided to go for the one in the rank 23 and the gene was the anklo Gene and the battle was prepared but Xiu wasn't worried anymore since his strength was definitely strong.
The moment the battle started the guy with the anklo gene attack first and hit Xiu right in the face, everyone watching was shocked and thought Xiu lost already and some people start leaving but Xiu looked fine.
People were now interested to what happened and Xiu taunted the guy since he didn't feel anything from his attack and every time he hit Xiu it did nothing and Xiu taunted gim with a yawn acting like nothing happened.
The guy then said that Xiu was only good at defenses and everything else he was bad at and when he heard this he instantly appeared behind him and then put his head to the ground and a big quake hit the ground when he did this.
And immediately after that the medical team went to help the guy that Xiu fought and the rewards for beating him was pretty small since he was definitely weaker than Xiu and so that's why the prize was so small.
Then after that more rumors as appeared of Xiu being a bully and some people thought he was cool but the only peiple who were talking to him in school was Se-hun and Eun but he was fine with that.
Since they were the only ones who knew his secrets and they were more closer to him than anyone else and that's why he was okay with that and he continued attending classes like normal.
But then suddenly during one of his classes Genesis popped up and told him that he is needed for something important he needs to come quickly, so Xiu asked if he could go to the bathroom and after he did Genesis told him what was happening.
