Williams removed his hand that was wrapped around her stomach, he didn't know how it got there in the first place.
"You are cold." Taoren said worriedly as she touched his hand.
"It's nothing, I just need to get out of here quickly." Infact it wasn't just about the cold that was coming off her anymore but this place was getting very cold as time passed. Williams could feel his blood freezing right now.
"Leave me and go, I can't walk and I will only drag you down. This cold is killing you." Taoren said softly as she closed her eyes.
"No" Williams gave her the answer that she least expected. He stood up with difficulty and wrapped Taoren hand around his neck. Then he realized the problem, she did not have the strength to move her limbs. Talking was her limit. He carried her on his back and walked up the stairs, "There's no way there." Taoren said in his ears, "The door was locked the moment you passed through it, the only way is to proceed forward."
