"Hello miss, I'm new here, do you have any idea where the headquarter is" Williams asked a young woman trimming the flowers.
"I would not recommend you to go alone, how about you tag along with the new recruits. They are leaving for the headquarter in...ten minutes."

"Is there a need to carry that dead weigh with us" an arrogant teen gritted his teeth in fraustration as he recall the scene of Williams being accepted into the new recruits.
The new recruits were supposed to strong and brave, this guy is the total opposite. He's weak, pathetic, dumb and a coward" They had been facing mutated animal since they left the camp but Williams didn't even lift his head, talk less of helping them.
They were 15 in the group, 13 recruits, a leader and a vice leader.
As for who the vice leader was....

Looking at their their leader, he sighed jealously.
The leader was a beautiful woman in her late twenties with a black armor wrapped around her mature body.
"She made his the vice leader because of his looks.... Chi, who does that". He grumbled again.
Almost all the new recruits were gritting their teeth, cursing or grumbling angrily.
They were all supposed to be escorted by strong mages but all the treatment they could get was to follow a woman who hasn't even join them in fighting the stray monsters.
"Hey Bob" another teenager nudged the first one.
"Chi, what!" He inquired irritably, he had been finding Williams as an eyesore since they had left the camp but couldn't escape.
The other boy didn't mind the irritating Bob and continue with his observation, "You see those sticky things?"
"What to learn of it?" Bob eyes had not leave Williams back even for a seconds, "If what you wanna say doesn't involve that guy dying then shut your fucking hole" he finally turned to the other boy named Tyler.
Tyler furrowed his eyebrows and reprimanded Bob angrily, "Fuck off ni**a, do you think you're the only one who hates that guy..... Don't be surprised, you will understand if you look at my damn girlfriend for a sec."
Bob looked past Tyler and saw a cute girl with an adorable face, her puppy eyes were shaped in a crescent and her pink hair was flowing with the rhythm of the wind.
"Damn, I gotta say bro, she so goddamn cute" Bob commented honestly.

Tyler hit his head furiously, "Are you retarded.... Answer me question, who is her gaze set on?"
"Fuck my mother!, she's looking at him again" Bob almost couldn't keep his calm anymore. His eyes turned red and he asked coldly, "What do you say about those sticky track?"
"Oh yes, you see those tracks, you should know that only snails secretes that sticky thing for easy movement. I have been in this area for quite some time now and I know how to attract that snail towards him", at some time a wicked smile had stick to his mouth as he praised his formidable plan silently.
"How?"
"It's an easy peanut, that track leads to it's cave up ahead. Our mission now is to find a way to sneak inside the cave and break one of its egg"
"Hmmm" Bob's mouth curved upward, unexpectedly his expression turned sour as he realizes the flaws of the plan, "Let's say, How are we gonna sneak inside without making it too obvious, and breaking the egg.... Doesn't that make us the aggressor?"
"Hehe, but not if we splash a little of whatever is in that egg on him. That should do the trick, shouldn't it?"
"He can't die, snails are slow"
"Say that before the apocalypse bro, they are almost as fast as a car now"

Tyler cracked his finger and replied, "Leave that to me will ya"

2 hours later, Tyler made Bob a hand gesture as they were at the best spot to execute the plan.
"Hey leader, we need to rest the night off, we have been walking for hours" Bod voiced out everybody's opinion.
The leader turned around, she had been chatting with Williams since they had departed and she found him lively and funny.
"What do you say about it Williams?" Linda asked.
"If I should say, this area is too exposed we are not safe"He answered with a straight face.
"You heard him people, let's move!!" Linda shouted to boost their morale, but who would have thought that these weak teens will collapse under the pressure.
She sighed at last and ordered them to set up the tents.
"Hey Williams, you can share a tent with me if you have nowhere to sleep."
Linda invited him in but he declined with a warm smile.
"Someone has to be on the lookout" He sat in a meditative position under the glowing moon, adding another layer of charm to his face.
Linda's face turned red and she immediately entered her tent to hide her embarrassment.
The rest had also setup their tent at this time and were sleeping with their lamp turned on, only Linda had her's off.
After she left, Williams opened his eyes and a smile appeared naturally on his face.
"I wonder why those webnovel mc will always try to get their handsome face covered or transform to some average looking man, who does that?" Removing a comb and a mirror from his storage ring, he treated his hair and nodded, "It seems I need to improve my looks."
If other young men were to hear what Williams had said just now, 70% of die would have die from anger while the remaining 30% would end up in coma.
Williams was just a perfect example of a rich man telling an hungry man he needed to get more richer.
He returned the mirror and closed his eyes, thinking of a way to reach bella faster as she doesn't have much time.
Suddenly he saw two human shadows separating themselves from the tent, the two shadows were advancing towards a nearby caves.
"Are these two going to fuck themselves this late... No they are both males." He was contemplating whether to follow them or not when a sudden realization dawned on him, he gasps, "Ehh, are those two gay, I definitely have to follow them"
He thought that the two are just so lustful that they couldn't control their libido, he would definitely watch, it wasn't like Williams himself hadn't consider it but he want to be with the woman a love. If only Williams had known that this two were planning against him, he wouldn't have think twice before following them.
Meanwhile the two imbeciles were excited upon seeing Williams following them, their plan was already successful from the beginning.
On getting to the cave, what welcomed them was a giant snail shell which was covered with fluid. It seems that the snail had died not long ago.
Bob inspected the outer cave as he was afraid of the dark mysterious cave, "What's wrong with your perfect plan Tyler?" He asked sarcastically.
"How would I have known that the snail was dead?" Tyler retorted as he walked deeper into the cave.
"You know what, let's go back. It's no use getting ourselves killed over your stupid plan" Bod said as he was already scared of being out here alone.
He waited a long time but he got know reply, he was about to enter the cave when a bloody leg was thrown out of the cave.
"Th...th..this.... Tyler's" he abruptly turned around and was about to make a run for it when a long claw abruptly cleave his head off from his neck.
"Damnit!" Williams swiftly dash to the camp as he had a bad feeling.
He got there and saw a lake of blood flowing down the river beside them.
Looking around, all the tent had been disfigured by claws marks and the surroundings were filled with brainless dead bodies.
"I'm sorry guys, it's my fault. I shouldn't have leave you... Wait, I can't find Linda".
He ran towards her tent and was relieved when he saw it in one piece.
"It's the light, whatever killed them was attracted by the light" he deduced as Linda was the only one with her light dead.
Grrrrr!! Geeerrrrr!!
He heard multiple growls coming from the darks and he quickly entered Linda's tent.
