Diamond reached home safely and was in a great mood.
After threatening Donald directly through a medium, her mood was uplifted. She had never really stood for herself in front of him before. So doing that, even though a bit late, was worth it.
When she got home, it was around 11 pm and her parents were very much awake as well as Ruby, whom she hadn't seen in a very long time.
"Sis!" Ruby cheerfully greeted as soon as Diamond walked into the house.
Diamond beamed upon seeing the younger sister, who had become very rare to even see. They were both busy and, despite living in the same city; it was difficult to see each other.
"Ruby! You have slimmed!" Diamond couldn't help but point out as she hugged Ruby.
Ruby sheepishly smiled as she separated from her sister after the hug and said, "The assignments are just too many. Can't help it!"
Diamond pitifully shook her head as she looked at her younger sister.
