"Yawn," she yawned as she stretched her arms, while groggily looking around, however when her eyes spotted the time on that wall clock, all sleepiness vanished.
"Damn! How did I sleep so late?" she cursed angrily as she climbed down from the bed.
It's been ages since she woke up this late, and she couldn't believe her eyes.
07: 30 am.
Of course, at this moment, she didn't even realize that she had overexerted herself and that getting some well-needed sleep was necessary.
She was supposed to give Garnet the pellets early in the morning, but looking at the time, Garnet should have been gone already and so would her parents.
She was supposed to visit the foundation and hold a meeting, but with her being late, how was that supposed to be done? Fortunately, she didn't announce the meeting. Otherwise, she would lose face.
Since that couldn't be done, she was just going to do another task on the list and deal with the meeting another time.
