Diamond was slightly taken aback when she heard that. After how they parted, she thought that the lady wouldn't bring the issue up, but it seemed that she was still persisting.
Seeing her like that, a genuine smile appeared on Diamond's face. She liked this lady already. Where could she find such a straightforward and accepting mother-in-law in the future?
Of course, just because she liked the other didn't mean that she would like her son. After all, she has standards and not just any Tom and Jerry could be pushed towards her.
