With her entering a focused state, she didn't see that her surroundings seemed to be shrouded by a mist of energy. Within that mist, an illusory figure could be seen with a faint smile on its face.
The figure didn't know how much time passed in the Golden Space, but all it knew was that it was watching a very interesting scene. Something it had never seen in a very long time.
There were many times, uncountable even to it, that Diamond failed miserably.
However, the more she failed, the more she became determined. The figure watched as Diamond mumbled to herself, finding where she went wrong and at times returning to the recipe to decipher it.
For someone who didn't have a teacher, the figure knew that Diamond didn't have another choice but to persevere until she made it.
Time flew just like that. All portions of herbs collected were used and wasted. But she didn't give up hope and continued to harvest more.
