Mothers were tenacious creatures that would do anything for their children. She had seen her mother acting that way and judging by what Ma Terry was like; she didn't doubt that the woman sacrificed everything for her children.

"It's nice meeting you, Ma Terry. How about I send you home? I won't feel comfortable if I just let you go!" Diamond suggested as she looked at Ma Terry with worry.

Ma Terry didn't sense any malicious intentions from her savior and since she was also in a hurry to go and see her children and prepare a meal for them, having someone send her would do her good.

"If …. If that is okay with you, then … then please send me home. I … I will be eternally grateful," Ma Terry gratefully implored as she looked at Diamond with hope in her eyes.

"Let's go. Your children must be waiting for you," Diamond said beamingly at Ma Terry as she helped the woman to rise.

"Umm, they are home alone, and I …. I need to go to them."
