"And just when I thought there was nothing more to expect" Isaac said feeling quite surprised.
"This system of operation is too biased; it just helps out whenever it wants".
Opening the window Isaac could see a new section with the title.
"So if this is what I think it is this should work just fine".
Having opened the inventory section.
Although it seemed illogical Jacob proceeded to tried to chuck the bag into the system screen just as the bag made contact with the system screen it was instantly sucked in like some vacuum.
"Whoa that actually work, I definitely have to experiment with this later on, is there something else I might need" Isaac thought for a while he eventually remembers something.
"This might be a chance to show and ask Isabel about artifacts" Isaac said as he brought out the gauntlets and chucked it into the system.
"well I think a, almost done" Isaac said packing a few clothes into his backpack".
Before Mary was back to the living room Isaac was already back with his backpack.
"Here you boys go" Mary said handing them over a food flask.
"Thanks for the food ma" mike greeted.
"No problems see you kids tomorrow".
"What took you so long" Isabel asked as the two of them emerged from the building.
"Uhmm his grandma packed us dinner" mike said.
"Wasn't asking you" Isabel replied to mike's answer.
"Ouch"
"I'll handle things from here" Isabel said signaling mike to be on his way.
"Oh well I guess I'll see you tomorrow, right?" mike asked waiting for a reply.
"Yeah sure see you tomorrow" Isaac replied
Mike was then on his way.
Followed by Isabel and Isaac meanwhile a certain curtain was slightly open and behind it was Mary Isaac's grandma.
"Sleep over huh that won't fool me, he is a teenager after all "she said reminiscing about her teenage life.
The duo had been walking for a while now quietly which was awkward breaking the silence was Isaac "so I was wondering why you decided to help me out".
He asked whilst they continued walking through the forest after giving his question a thought for some seconds .
"well after giving thought to what Andrew had said, I now realize that it is partly my fault you got the book in the first place, which means I am responsible for whatever happens to you although it is still mostly your fault" she added .
"Well I have only but, myself to blame Isaac said".
'Although I don't regret it' Isaac thought to himself.
"So what about the secret room in the library how did it come to be" Isaac said as his curiosity was raised.
"Well most politicians and people of authority are aware of the supernatural and that's why Andrew is here due to a shift of territories he is here to keep an eye on things" Isabel says.
"And does he now you're out here now" Isaac asked as he was wondering the same thing.
"Well let's just say his real busy right now" Isabel said with an ominous smirk.
After a few more minutes of walking they both arrive at what seems like a cave from a distance.
"So this must be it" Isabel said as they both came to a halt.
Entering the cave again was definitely weird for Isaac whose first time here has made a huge impact in his life.
"So where is the chain" Isabel asked pulling Isaac who was staring at a blank wall out of his daze
"oh yeah, watch this" Isaac opened the system which was obviously invincible to Isabel what happened next came as a surprise to Isabel as Isaac seemingly pulled a bag out of thin air.
"Wow was that a storage artifact?" she asked.
"Well I don't know what it is all I know is I can do it" Isaac said.
"Well specking about artifacts I have something I wanted to show you" repeating his actions Isaac pulled out the gauntlets.
"This is an artifact right?" he asked
"It looks like one but am not a pro when it comes to artifacts, if you want Andrew can have a look at it later.
As the two spoke the moon could be seen shining outside the cave as the moonlight was slowing entering the cave.
"We better get to it Isabel said as noticing what was happening .
Bringing out the chains from the bag they proceeded to looking the shackles in places such as Isaacs neck, wrists and ankle apparently the chains fit almost perfectly whilst they were hooking the chains to the walls of the cave Isabel came across a medium sized rock, which wasn't that wide what caught her attention was when she hooked one of the chains to it and tried pulling on it, it seemed to rotate a bit pulling with more force the rock rotated 180 degrees and stopped.
It seemed like a normal rock the top of the rock was flat and slightly angled.
"I wonder what this is for she thought paying less attention to the weird rock she hooked the chain to somewhere else.
"here it comes" Isabel says taking a few steps out of Isaac's range as the moonlight was about to meet with them but before it got to them it first of all shone on the weird rock but instantly the ray of moonlight that hit the top of the rock was reflected, the reflected ray heading for the roof of the cave a part where it could never reach and finally it shone upon an old cracked crystal bringing back memories to Isaac.
"That's it that's the crystal that triggered the portal" Isaac said
"Hmmm so this rock was the trick to getting it to open, but you didn't need it" Isabel said with a smirk.
"I was just lucky that's all" Isaac replied as he truly was just lucky.
Just as the rays of the moon hit Isaac sweat droplets could be seen forming on his face.
