She would never understand how someone would let another affect their feelings so much. As far as she was concerned, absolutely no one could make her ever claim to be heartbroken when the person didn't have control over her feelings in the first place. She can only ever be heartbroken when it was either work-related or something went wrong with her parents, but any other situation, especially involving a man, could never make her heartbroken.
Scott sighed. He wasn't surprised by the question she asked at all because oh well, it was typical Olivia.
"One day when you fall in love, you will understand or rather when you like someone very deeply, you will understand what people mean when they tell you they're heartbroken," he told her calmly.
