"Yes, I want you to eat so you don't starve," he replied, squinting his eyes suspiciously.
"How about we make a deal then? Life is all about give and take, isn't it? So here's what the deal is, I'll eat this and accept your wonderful act of kindness on the condition that you don't show up in front of me for the rest of the day. Even if we happen to run into each other at any point, just pretend you didn't see me and go about your business, is that okay?" Olivia offered suggestively and Scott simply shook his head.
"Why can't you just be cool with me? It really won't hurt to be cordial with each other," he said to her.
She folded her arms across her chest.
"I'm actually being really cool with you right now and that's why I'm speaking so calmly. This is me being extremely chill," she told him confidently and Scott frowned.
"Good joke Olivia. At least you know how to make jokes," he replied with a dry laugh that confused Amelia.
