"And we're going? "Akiba asked, a little nervously.
"We have to!"Lucia exclaimed.
"I think it would be a good idea to do it "Viktor explained.
"... "Emma looked on silently, with a shocked expression, maybe even a little scared.
She then looked at her daughter a little surprised...
"It could be that this Marcus guy... "She said, looking at her, in a slightly lower voice than before.
"NO!"Lucia blushed as she understood what her mother meant.
"They just seemed like nice people to me. Their whole group!...I talked a little...with them and I think they're trustworthy!"
"Just that? "Her mother arched her eyebrow slightly.
"Ziggggh!(sigh)...Something tells me he's going to be my son-in-law."
"Ohh...I finally got to find out about one of my sons-in-law before you bring him home..." His father said teasingly.
Lucia would sometimes bring boys home and introduce them to her father, but then she would break up with them for various reasons, and her father wouldn't even find out that she was bringing another boyfriend, still thinking that the previous one was still her boyfriend.
Once he even got confused by calling one of the boys Lucia brought by the name of one she had brought later...
After a brief talk, the family agreed to go help Marcus, confident that they could get away and making it clear to him that they would not do risky things for civilians they did not know.
Upon calling him, Marcus treated them cordially, anxious to receive the family's help. They agreed to meet on a street formerly called 'General Glak Avenue'.

August 23, 2033 (Afternoon-Night)
Several civilians were gathered on General Glak Avenue, with Marcus and his group spread out between the different sides of the group, protecting the civilians.
There were approximately 15 civilians, which was quite a lot counting that there were golems all over the place...
Even on the way there, golems could be seen, although they weren't camps as in the case of the goblins, there were still enough to say that they were a sort of army.
Luckily, these golems were not close together, which allowed them to fight separately, or in groups of 3 golems. It was rare to have more than 10 golems together.
The first thing that caught Viktor's attention, even before he got there, was the fighting going on in the distance, about 10 kilometers away. Maybe others didn't notice it, but he... He could see everything clearly.
A huge monster, about 5 meters tall was fighting with a man who seemed to be almost 1.90 meters tall.
This mighty golem was made of stone, moving fast for a golem, to the point that Viktor's eyes could barely keep up with its movement.
The man was one who already looked past middle age, but without being completely old, he had a well built body...He was even more incredible than that mighty golem, being a human he parried each blow of that 5 meter monster.
Surrounding them, there were several people in black combat suits, which look like special forces from a movie, and both stone and earth golems of approximately 3 or 4 meters, which attacked this group of soldiers.
All of these monsters were much larger than the golems along General Glak Avenue, which ranged in height from 2 to 4 meters tall.
The fight seemed to be leaning towards the side of the golems, which were more numerous, but the military group seemed to be able to hold their own.
'Now then...this...there are several buildings...how the fuck could I see that fight through them?'
'This ability is back right...The Eye of the Great Lord?'
[System(Private):
*Ding...*
-It's correct to assume that your vision came from there.
By unlocking mana control, you have met the requirements to gain one of the passive abilities of the eye of the great lord.
The [Chaotic Vision] skill has been improved.
-You can now see through objects whenever you wish, up to a certain distance, as long as the mana density of the object itself is not high].
After pondering for a brief moment, while absentmindedly looking at the civilians who would be accompanying him from now on, he began to realize that as he felt the mana was denser around that area, he unconsciously used this new chaos vision passive.
'And why did you only let me know that the skill leveled up now, shouldn't it be when I learned to control the mana?'

-It's correct to assume that your vision came from there.
By unlocking mana control, you have met the requirements to gain one of the abilities of the [Eye of the Great Lord.]
The [Chaotic Vision] skill has been improved.
Level 1:
-You gain stats passively, depending on the will of chaos.
-You can now see through objects whenever you want, up to a certain distance, as long as the mana density of the object itself is not high. This ability does not require mana. ]
Then he pondered for a moment, while absentmindedly looking at the civilians who were now accompanying him.
He began to realize that as he sensed that the mana was thicker in that area, he unconsciously used this [Chaotic Vision] ability.
'And why did you only let me know that I could improve this skill until now? Shouldn't it be when I learned to control the mana?'
[System(Private):
-'I don't like your tone! If you don't want a price increase you'd better control yourself!']
Viktor thought that this skill couldn't be upgraded yet because it was a special skill or something... But now he was confused.
[System(Private):
-Only when you learn to use something, whether consciously or not, it is considered to be your power, therefore, only now you managed to get this ability.
-'Besides, I'm not your servant, I don't have to tell you everything I know!!!']
'...'Viktor was speechless.
Half dissatisfied with the answer, but at the same time thinking that it had a certain logic that he could not unlock something until he understood it on his own, Viktor put aside this issue for fear of a sudden price increase...
"Brother? "Lucia, confused, snapped her fingers in front of Viktor's eyes, as her brother paid no attention to her or Marcus' words.
"Ahh, yes...I was just thinking about something. "Viktor hid the truth, thinking of later telling his family about it in a more private place.
"You were saying? "Viktor said, still a bit distracted.
"Mphf! This is no time to be distracted... "His sister said, looking somewhere between worried and angry.
"These are the civilians we have to protect, Marcus will go to head another area "Said his sister.
Marcus nodded his head, as Viktor averted his gaze to him.
"Where do we have to go?" Akiba asked.
Marcus took out a paper map, and marked an area, where there was a municipal park with a huge building.
There used to be a place where you could do different sports for a low price or something Viktor remembered, even having things completely free of charge.
It is now used as a shelter.
'I guess all kinds of public buildings were used for military purposes now.'(Viktor)
