Wow that was a whole lot of really bad memories, while I considered myself having a decent life, I had some real lows and some of those lows, nearly broke me. As I looked at Celia I realized she had a concerned look on her face, and a trail of a tear that she had tried to brush away was clearly marking her beautiful face. "It's ok Celia, bad things happen to good people" I told her in a effort to brush off the injustice she was feeling on my behalf.

"Hero's are often treated like this. Very rarely they are raised up and celebrated, often they face early deaths, and are ostracized, often blamed for horrible events they tried to prevent, but as long as you recognize your titles, they are engraved on your soul and I can see them clearly," she said with a soft smile that sent a chill up my spine. Without really wanting to and not even saying it aloud I recognized my feats, not as the burdens I thought they were, and I felt a strange power well up in my soul, and a strong vibration began to shake my body.

I looked at my Angel with a worried expression, but she just smiled and told me not to worry. Of course I believed her, even when the pain came and I blacked out.

I'm not sure how long it took me to wake, but I could hear Celia arguing in the distance, she sounded so far away, but I focused and heard what she was saying. She was talking to someone and I couldn't hear them, and what they had to say was making Celia very upset. "Why are we even sending a Hero there? We are sacrificing him over a possibility of success that is so small, basically sending him to his death, and there is even a chance of total soul death as well…." She was obviously cut off by the other speaker at this point and was cut off, or what us Earth people would say, Hung up on abruptly. While I was curious who would have the audacity to hang up on Celia, I felt myself getting pretty upset over it, then realized once again I was simping over her once again and that is just not how I wanted to start my new life. At that point I realized my head was in her lap and she was softly brushing my hair, a tingle went down my spine that nearly caused me to die right there and if my soul could bleed out it would of.

I'm defiantly not this bi polar while I have a body I thought to myself. Why does this angel make me lose my damn mind? I then opened my eyes to see a set of golden eyes looking into mine, as if she was waiting patiently for me wake up and the first thing she wanted me to see was her mystical beauty. I couldn't help myself and asked, "why are you so beautiful? So beautiful that all I want to do is protect it and never allow it to be tarnished." She laughed, and once again her cheeks turned pink as if no one has ever told her something like this before. "This isn't my exact true form, it's close but not quite the same and I think I'm considered average for angels" she said with a slight smile on her face. "Hero's and angels do have a certain connection though, it's just the way we are made" she said with confidence. So what you are feeling is natural, and I also desire you to achieve greatness, I'm actually compelled to make sure it happens and to do all I can to see your story written among the cosmos."

"What happened to me" I asked, referring to the soul wrenching pain I felt earlier before I lost consciousness.

"You managed to cultivate your soul to put it simply only certain people can do it, and we call them Hero's although to you it may sound childish, it has another meaning in my language, that is profound and explaining its meaning could take years, so we use the language of mortals to make things easier for the transition."

"The transition?" I asked, Celia then blew out a breath she seemed to be holding as if broaching a subject she didn't want to bring up just yet, but knew it couldn't be held back once it was asked.

"Your soul has strengthened considerable, it is strong enough for special reincarnation, your new body will also be much stronger than usual, whatever gifts or powers you are blessed with in your new world will be better understood. You will also be able to further cultivate your soul and body. That is something not many people can do on any world.

"Very soon you will be sent to a world called Athos, currently there is a power struggle there, a Demon Lord has risen to power and he used to be a Hero. This gives him unprecedented power and he has already crushed two hero's and turned another. While his forces aren't strong enough to conquer this world because of its size and it always has at least three hero's there at one time. However all it has done is left it in a stalemate. You will be sent in as a reincarnater with all your current memories, you will start as a child, but not only that since the Demon Lord was once a hero, and the woman that is giving birth to you was the Hero he turned against the world, we have the opportunity to place you there."

"Well I strongly object, this doesn't sound like the kind of role I would be any good at. What about a easier mission for my first one? Maybe a small world with no Demon Lord? Maybe a few corrupt kings that need to be kicked around?" I asked, very seriously, because at no point was I being sarcastic. While I may of recognized my past feats and achievements, I did not feel qualified to betray my very powerful Demon Lord father and ex hero mom, all the while pretending to be evil so they didn't get suspicious before I could even get strong enough to face them, oh and the fact I would need at least a couple trust worthy people at my back, but all the good guys are going to hate me for just being that guys son. It was a impossible request.

Celia then looks at me with her majestic beauty and smiled, I know you read my checklist. This is where you are needed, and while the chance of success is low, your chances are higher than everyone else's. Believe it or not you are made for this kind of thing, you are ok with being the bad guy for the sake of righteousness. You have done it time and time again, it's branded on your soul."

At this point I knew I was defeated. While Celia could send me there regardless, she wanted me to tell her it's ok. So instead of trying to make these celestials see common sense, I just agreed. "Oh Celia, if I succeed, I want something special from you."

Celia look at me perplexed, and said as if she was confused, "what could I give you, that you can't obtain in Athos? You know what never mind… upon your success I will grant you a boon, just don't tell anyone cadet angels aren't allowed to do that until they are promoted", she said with crafty smile.

Oh I won't I thought to myself, thanking whoever sent me this naive angel, and the about what color her cheeks would turn when I asked for her first kiss, but that was a long way off, and I knew that I may not even see her again. Celia then looked at me with a sad look in her eyes that told me our time was up, it was time for me to reincarnate and begin my new life. In that moment, I made damn sure that if anything happens failure or success, I was determined to have a good time. Nothing was going to stop me from at least finding some happiness, even if I had to off my future dad and hell possible my mom to.

Once again my vision faded to black and I felt myself travel an impossible distance and fell into a deep sleep.
