Chapter 3 - DEVIL IS RISING AGAIN

The wind was blowing so peacefully and it was a lovely day at Molvol.

All the shops were closed, and the road was clogged with parked automobiles, giving the impression that the town had been abandoned.

Where are they all, James thought to himself.

He was strolling down the street when he heard loud music coming from a nearby house, so he stopped to investigate. At the entry to the house, he noticed several shoes, which made him think that someone was having a party.

He repeatedly rang the doorbell but no one answered. He then tried knocking but no one responded. He then pushed down on the door handle but the door wasn't locked.

The music grew louder as he entered the house, and the room began to fill with individuals wearing masks. The lights were also quite sensitive, making it difficult for him to see. He made the decision to go somewhere with less noise and activity.

This place is huge, he thought as he climbed the staircase leading up. Just as he was about to reach the top of the stairs, however, he heard noises and shouts.

When James opened the door, he was startled to see the serial murderer, who had already murdered his victim and was preparing to sign the door before James arrived.

James Direction was approached by a knife-wielding serial killer who stated, "How good of you to attend the party."

James answered, "I can... I can explain," out of terror.

Serial killer: "No need to, all I need is a heart."

The serial killer stabbed James three times and laid him on the floor before starting to crave DIRA in the other victims' heads and left James for last. When James awoke a short time later, the serial killer was shocked because he knew James wasn't expected to survive.

The serial killer asked in shock, "How the hell are you still alive?"

I don't know, I assume I have seven lives. I mean, I should have died in the 1990s, but for some reason I am still alive, and I know it has something to do with DIRA, James said.

While leaving his signature on his victim, the serial killer questioned, "So you are meant to be dead?"

James replied, "Since 1987, whenever I heard the news about you, I came to Molvol for an answer."

The serial murderer sternly remarked, "I can't answer any questions; now let me do my job."

James asked in astonishment, "you call killing innocent people your job?"

The serial murderer replied, "we all have a Job to accomplish before DIRA, and I am doing Mine, maybe you should discover yours."

James anxiously questioned, "What Job?, what is DIRA?, why am I still alive?, and why are you killing all these people?"

The serial murderer gleefully replied, "I will only respond to one of those questions, DIRA is the day Devil Is Rising Again."

Before the serial killer stabbed James once again, James was going to speak. In case James woke up, the attacker dragged James's body and hurled it through the window.
