Author's note: Hi guys, someone asked me a question, so I thought to write it here to clear the confusion of why the FL thinks ML doesn't have romantic feelings towards her. That's because of her inner turmoil, she focuses on her mission to save her family and kill Cornell that she doesn't want to believe Hamon has any feelings towards her, and because of the fact that she sees him just as a friend, she'd rather keep it that way, because of how she made herself believe in this fact, it has also stopped her from realizing that maybe she might have started having feelings for him as well.
