The lunch eventually came to an end in a pleasant atmosphere. The worries which had kept Ara up the previous night seemed to have disappeared into the smoke.
"Your Highness, would you care for a board game?" Richard questioned politely.
Hamon nodded, "Sure."
Hamon made to follow Richard to the study room, but halted, then turned to Ara who sat quietly, "I'll come meet you when am done playing the board game with father-in-law, ok?" He reassured with a smile.
Ara nodded awkwardly, "Ok."
He then patted her head like a small child before he followed behind Richard. It was a simple action but it was loaded with affection.
While Anne and the maids pretended to swoon in the background. But as soon as Hamon was out of sight, they immediately flooded Ara with different questions.
"Sister, you've been addressing him by his name the whole time! Do you really love him that much?" Anne gushed.
