Emma inhaled deeply, "...my lady, I am a witch, and also the niece of his majesty's birth mother, Margaret."
Ara's eyes widened, she was stunned beyond words. How was that possible? How could Emma be a witch, not just that...She was related to Hamon's mother?
"...how is this possible?" Ara asked dumbfounded. Ara had heard about witches, but they were mostly killed in Findara, as it was said that they brought bad luck to the people around them. Only Margaret was lucky enough to hide herself so well, that she even got to work in the palace and birth a son for the king.
"It's a long story, my lady..." Emma mused.
"Are you really a witch?" Ara asked to confirm. And Emma nodded her head. Ara then asked again, "And you are related to my late mother-in-law and my husband?"
