Hamon had been his wife's magnet, and had taken it upon himself to take care of her until she fully recovered. Not even the maids were allowed inside their chamber to attend to her needs. There was no need for any maid to even attend to her since Hamon had been doing everything; from helping her get in the bath and helping her out afterwards. Although he gave Ara her privacy, and let her bath herself, all he did was to help her into her nightdress.
She had been wearing nightdresses ever since she'd regained consciousness, because it felt more comfortable and loose, it didn't disturb her wounds. Hamon rarely left their chamber unless he wanted to go check up on something. He did his work in their room, and he'd always take afternoon naps together with Ara to keep her company.
