After Ara had breakfast in bed, Hamon had insisted she stay in bed and not move around with her injured knee. Ara had no choice but to do as he said, because Hamon had sat on the couch doing his work in the bedroom instead of the study room. He was going through the pile of parchment papers filled with kingdom's affairs and issues that needed immediate attention, as the king was not feeling well and the work had fallen on him.
He was so focused on his work with his eyes narrowed down on the papers as he signed some and declined others. Ara watched as his long fingers held the pen and dipped it into the ink. As she watched him, she was beginning to doze off when a knock came from the door.
Hamon looked away from the the pile of parchment, then called out, "Come in."
Emma entered and bowed to the couple, Ara then asked, "What is it?"
"Sire Oliver wants to meet you, shall I bring him here?"
"Yes, please let him in."
