In those pages they saw some regressive rules those were written in the past and they were drenched in blood,they Immediately understood they have to change these rules to save their great family
So they Conveyed a "Meeting of the Elders" and Explained to them the Voice and the Book they have seen and the elders who were mostly on Harmony have fallen into Chaos
