Blurry, yellow lights reflected onto Deylors eyes, the cold hard floor which was now of a light-blue rock material matched with the right corner of the small room that possessed an almost palpable blackness within its shadows.
Deylor cursed as he struggled to even lift up his arm from the loss of energy, Deylor could only look at the severe frost-burn that he had received to know that he was in trouble.
But it was not the end of the world, after all, a black chest lay in the middle of the seemingly inescapable room.
Deylor attempted to produce a black flame to prod the chest yet only produced a small strand.
After putting in some more effort, a roar of flames released, the room remained unscorched and the temperature remained dislikable.
Deylor sighed as his blackened flames disapparated in the almost unnatural feeling room.
Deylor opponent the chase slowly despite the tedious strain in his arms before his eyes were washed with a wave of awe.
A perfectly black ring sat at the bottom of the chest, it drew in the onlooker like a mental black hole and its power could be felt despite its countless sealings.
Deylor reached his hand for the chest, his instance of surprise over before instincts screamed.
Deylor could only see a cold blur before he hit the other end of the room with a bang.
Coughing from the dust and impact, Deylor looked at the unwanted visitor in annoyance.
Ashy-Grey hair, An intestine wrapped around parts of its face like a poorly worn scarf and intense, stitched burn regions across the humanoid body.
It had its leg still risen from the kick that sent Deylor away and its one stitched eye was bloodshot and strained.
Deylor got up despite the sting and looked at his onlooker again.
'I can't back down, or my efforts will all be wasted.' Deylor cursed at the abnormal strength of his opponent, truth be told, he had blocked at the last second yet it felt like he had received a full blow.
Branding his fists with high-temperature black flames, Deylor prepared a burst of flames to get the offensive advantage, his opponent remained still.
"Bye."
Boom.
In a black burst, that covered his entire body, Deylor found himself right in front of the inhumane humanoid of an enemy.
Readying his fists, Deylor prepared a strike from his right arm.
Prtch.
Deylors head exploded in a bloody mess, half the flesh remained to reveal a monster-like face. The remaining flesh was screaming in its rose-red. The blood that had flown back masked his face in a blanket.
Boom.
Deylor was hit with a round kick to his chest. His opponent was a blur and the instantaneous pain soon came crashing down.
Winded, Deylor struggled to breath as he looked at his opponent through the dust from the wall he had just crashed into.
The smoke made his opponent, all the more unpredictable.
Deylor caressed his face with his hand, only to discover that it was still there.
'What was that?' Deylor got up and began circling his opponent from a distance. It would seem as though he had fallen victim to an illusion of some sorts, the pain was real, the timing was real and the catalyst must've been the eyes meeting.
Deylors eyes widened as his opponent began to make a step.
Boom.
Deylor arrived in front of his opponent, carefully avoiding the eyes, Deylor branded his fists with black flames before releasing a flurry of blows.
A black trail was left from every blow that powered the next.
His blows however, all missed as his opponent dodged with seemingly ease.
Deylor cursed as he aimed for a head-blow, accidently meeting the opponents eyes.
Prftch.
His head was exploded in a bloody mess. Using the ideology that he should be shocked, Deylor boosted his right leg in a flames before flying through the air in a blur and sending out a round aerial kick from the right.
Boom.
Deylors opponent was sent flying back.
Boom.
Deylor was sent flying back.
"What?"
Deylors voice came out raspy and confused.
In his sight, his opponent was perfectly standing in the same position.
"Another illusion?"
It would seem that his opponent had potentially placed him in an illusion and his flurry of blows was never produced.
Deylor got up again, despite the pain when his opponent began talking in a coarse voice.
"No-thing, goes right-for the head-less."
The figure pointed at the circular stitches on his neck.
Deylor ignored this and instantly bursted to his opponent. His right leg performing another aerial round kick.
Deylors head exploded in a bloody mess, Deylor gave this no heed due to his all-time high adrenaline.
The force sent his opponent crashing into the wall.
Boom.
Deylor was sent backwards.
Deylor felt his ribs break and couldn't help but reveal a muffled scream.
"GAH."
Deylor covered his mouth with his hand as blood began to retch.
'It doesn't make sense."
A coarse voice broke out again.
"I tol-d you."
Deylors thoughts tried to connect numerous dots yet the dots ran away too far.
'So I can't deal any damage until I lose the headless state, yet the only way to escape is to get hit' Deylor cursed at his opponents overpowered ability.
He had felt himself make contact with his opponent yet even figuring out his opponents ability, their physical differences were too huge. His opponent had evaded all his blows, and 1 blow had sent him away.
Deylor looked up only to find his opponent vanished.
"Did he lea-?"
Bang.
Smoke rose in the cold room as a black silhouette was shown behind Deylor. His right leg outdrawn.
In a world dyed black.
A certain black tyrant looked down upon the figure. Its yellow eyes blaring and creating a yellow cross from the light flares.
The figure met eyes with his bloodshot eye before reaching out its hand.
Soon, the gap between the two was filled with a disgusting abomination. A putrid smell, slimy green skin covered in dirty fluids that released with every second.
Soon, green blood crashed backwards as the Tyrant looked at the creature.
Imploding on its own, the creature was now a bloody mess with just a look from the Tyrant.
The figure looked in interest despite the world gaps.
"So that's the result of an entire race fusing into one being."
After putting the black ring on his finger, the figure left a small note in the chest.
"4 more to go."
The figure flashed.
"Bye now."
Disappearing to an unknown and, the tyrant looked in interest before looking down at Deylor.
Standing guard to ensure no creatures of the abyss came near.
Though the pile of corpses it stood on was evidence enough to keep passers-by wary.
