Chereads / Luna and The Wolf Prince / Chapter 15 - Full Moon

Chapter 15 - Full Moon

The night that later arrived, the three of them seemed busy preparing everything they needed. The atmosphere was quiet, and the moon looked full round, indicating that the full moon had arrived. The curiosity that enveloped Luna's heart seemed to be answered tonight.

"Are you ready?" Luna asked Erick and Alice.

"Yes Lun," Alice replied.

"We're leaving in two hours, isn't there anything we can eat?" said Erik.

"How about we look for food first, our food supply is almost out and I'm afraid our stomachs need food tonight," said Luna.

"Let Eryk buy it, we're here," Alice suggested.

"Okay, give me some coins," said Eryk.

Luna also gave a bag of coins that was in her pocket, "This is Eryk, accept it,".

Alice's sister accepted the gift and rushed out of the inn to buy what they needed.

"Alice, how about we just ride Charlie, and let your horse stay here," said Luna.

"Okay Lun, it looks like Charlie is more manly than the horse you lent us," Alice joked.

The two girls laughed and joked with each other, showing a very close relationship between two.

"Maybe Charlie will later help me kick Distance from my life, Alice," continued Luna.

"Maybe Lun, he's a strong and brave horse, one kick might melt Marck's body," said Alice.

"I guess so," said Luna laughing.

"Oh yes Lun, do you not regret making this decision? Whereas you yourself have never seen it," said Alice.

"Of course not Alice, I still want to enjoy my youth," said Luna.

"I've never met Marck, who knows after you meet him you'll like him. People say he's a handsome young man," added Alice.

"Cruel and handsome?" Luna joked laughing.

Not long after, their joke was interrupted by the neighing of the horse that Eryk was riding.

"What's wrong with your horse Erick?" shouted the brother.

"I don't know, Sis, but he seems fine," replied Eryk.

He got off his horse and immediately put down the things he bought.

"I think what I brought has met all of our needs, this is what it is," said Eryk, handing what he got to the two girls in front of him.

"Okay, Erik, thank you," said Luna.

Luna immediately fed their three horses, while Alice and Eryk entered the inn first. After feeding the horses, he followed the two brothers and ate some of the food that Eryk had bought.

The hour they had been waiting for had arrived, at exactly eleven o'clock in the evening, the three of them began to leave Mr. Henry's inn. They headed to the Haugerts' house on horsetails, one on Eryk and the other on Luna and Alice.

"Alice, we'll just take a shortcut," said Eryk.

"Okay Eryk, you go first. We'll follow you from behind," Alice replied.

The young man nodded and immediately pulled the horse's saddle rope that he was holding.

Luna and Alice followed behind him, their journey to the Haugerts' house going as planned and without a hitch.

The three of them were monitored from a distance of approximately fifty meters from the Haugert family residence.

"Alice, do you think we're safe here?" asked Luna.

"Of course Luna. According to information from Mr. Henry, the Haugert family's bodyguards rarely touch this land. And packs of wolves pass through that path, this is the best place to monitor them," Alice explained.

Meanwhile, Eryk looks busy observing his surroundings. They are on fairly large vacant land, where many are overgrown with various trees that make this place shady.

"You guys shut up, let's tie our horses here. We'll observe the house closely," said Eryk.

"Okay, Erik," replied Luna.

The three of them tied their horses and immediately approached Haugert's house.

"Alice, you and Luna follow me from behind. I'll try to find a safe place for us," asked Eryk.

"Okay, Erik," they both said.

Exactly at twelve o'clock in the evening, the time he had been waiting for arrived. The wolf's roar began to sound louder. The night suddenly turned into an eerie atmosphere.

"Eryk, Alice, they're coming," shouted Luna shakily.

Seen a pack of wolves coming from the west, their roar sounded sharp in their ears.

"It's rare Lun, shut up and we'll watch them from here," said Alice.

The three were silent watching the unreasonable thing.

Mr. Henry's explanation did not miss the slightest about the events on the night of the full moon.

"It seems that the most dashing wolf is their leader," said Eryk.

"I think so, Eryk, and they are getting closer to the mansion," said Luna.

"Look at some of them bouncing around trying to enter the Haugert residence," said Eryk.

"Yes Eryk, and they seem to be attacking in pain. What happened to them?" asked Luna.

Their attention was instantly diverted by the presence of Liora, the adopted daughter of the Haugert family.

The girl seemed to approach the pack of wolves.

"Who is that girl?" said Alice.

"That's Liora, the adopted daughter of the Haugert family that I told you about," Alice answered.

"It seems he is trying to approach and communicate with the wolf," continued Luna.

"I thought so too," said Alice.

Meanwhile, Eryk did not move to see Liora's figure. Liora's beauty is able to hypnotize Eryk, her beauty is like a royal princess in a fairy tale.

"Eryk, are you okay?" asked Luna looking at the young man.

"Erik?" Luna shouted.

"I'm fine Luna," replied Eryk surprised.

"You're watching the girl? She is very beautiful," said Luna.

Alice looks busy observing the wolves and their surroundings.

"Look, Liora caresses the wolf's face," said Luna.

The three of them were shocked when the wolf in Luna's caress turned into a handsome man. The three of them couldn't believe what they saw.

"Am I dreaming?" said Luna patting her cheek.

"Am I dreaming too? Luna please pinch me," Alice asked.

"You guys calm down. What you see is real," said Eryk.

It wasn't long before the handsome man turned into a wolf again, then the pack of wolves left the Haugert residence. And it looks like Liora left where she met the wolves and re-entered the pavilion.

"Looks like the wolves have left," said Luna.

But the eyes of the three were still fixed on Liora's movements.

"What does Liora have to do with the werewolf demon?" murmured Alice.

"Is it possible that Liora had an illicit relationship with the wolf demon," said Luna.

"I don't know, I'll try to find out," replied Eryk.

"Looks like the situation is safe, let's leave this place," said Alice.

"Wait a minute Alice, give us a few more minutes. I'm afraid the wolves are still around this town," Luna refused.

"Okay Luna," said Alice.

Five minutes later, the young man and woman immediately stepped up to pick up their tied horse not far from where they were standing. Then with slow steps, they and their horse left the Haugerts' house.
