“Are you certain about this, Kon? What if he tries something with you?" Scorpion worriedly glanced at him.
"Try something?" Kon scoffed. "You seem to have forgotten who you are dealing with, Scorpion." He strode over to the armchair by the window. "I'm capable of keeping myself safe."
"But—"
"You can stay in the other room. If he tries anything funny, I can call you." Kon smirked, "But I highly doubt that I will have a reason to do that, Scorpion."
Scorpion checked the time on his wristwatch. "He should be here at any moment."
"Good," Kon placed his legs on the table and crossed them.
His white suit seemed to contrast much with the fiery fire in his eyes. He looked like a scheming fox who was about to devour all the chicks in a farmer's pen.
"I will take my leave now, White Empress. The Mafia Devil is here," Scorpion bowed to Kon before he left.
Just like Kon asked of him, he went over to the room next to the one Kon was in.
