While walking towards the stage, both Grace and Samuel were nervous.
They both looked at each other.

‘This is it.’ Grace thought.
After reaching the stage, both Mama Bryant and Mama Miller went to sit on seats.
For the engagement, the process was simple. There was a priest who would do the praying and chanting. After that, the couple would swap rings and they would ask for blessings from the elders of their families.
Then both sides of the families would exchange gifts and goods, congratulating each other.
After that ceremony would end.
Just as Grace and Samuel were about to step on the stage, Samuel extended his hand to Grace.
Grace paused for a second but took his hand. His hand was warm but his hands were larger than hers.
