Mama Miller and Papa Miller were dumbfounded. They didn’t expect that their baby daughter wanted to get engaged so soon.
Mama Miller’s eyes suddenly got teary.
“Good. Good. Since you guys have decided, you have all of my blessings. I hope you guys will be happy.” Papa Miller said with a big grin but internally he was very sad to see his young daughter get engaged so fast.
“Yes, yes. Your father is correct. You have my blessings too.” Mama Miller said with a red nose and teary eyes.
Grace tried to give a big smile as well, but she also felt emotional seeing Mama Miller.
“Young man, I hope you will keep my daughter happy.” Papa Miller said making a grave face.
Grace was speechless. It wasn’t like she was getting married. It was just an engagement, and that too was a fake one. Her family members were pretty dramatic. But her heart felt so warm because of their love and care.
