After checking into the hotel, Feng Shou and the others had one more day to rest and recuperate.
Feng Shou didn't stay in the hotel all the time, but instead, with a backpack slung over his shoulders, he took buses or borrowed a shared bike to traverse the city's various streets.
He enjoyed the different views of the city's various corners, took photos and videos, and sent them to his grandmother overseas. Although it was not the city of their ancestral roots, it was still in the same country, and all of this would make the old lady feel close to home.
Feng Zheng was different, though. His family didn't live overseas, and the cityscapes were nothing new to him. He preferred to meet more people in the hotel's restaurants, clubs, or some of the public areas, to gather information from other clan members, and it was even better if he could pick up some interesting gossip.
The more information he gathered, the more excited he became.
