I said goodbye to Shiro and made my way to the Mubae Empire, as I wanted to speak to Bigs.
But to get to the Mubae Empire, I had to pass through the Vulaj Empire.
As I passed through, I saw that there was a lot of poverty and injustice on the streets.
Unfortunately, I was not yet able to cause a stir, which is why I tried to travel through as quickly as possible.
However, I had to help from time to time, but so that nobody recognized me.
When I was just before the Mubae Empire, I saw a cloud of smoke from afar and hurried on.
There was a wall between two large mountains and it was under attack.
The people on the wall seemed to be in trouble, so I came to their aid.
I saw one of the attackers carrying a smoke bomb, so I teleported to him and took it from him.
I then threw it right into the middle of the attackers and the rest was easy to knock them all out with my skills.
Then everything was quiet and the people on the wall waited anxiously to see what had happened, as they couldn't see anything through the fog.
I came out with my hands raised to show that I came in peace, but then suddenly I was shot at.
< "Aloo, wait. I helped you after all. Why are you shooting?" > I asked her, surprised.
< "It's just a stupid attempt to fool us" > , said one of the people on the wall.
< "No, no. I am Jun. The new leader who has taken over the Tosa territory. I want to talk to Bigs," > I explained as I dodged the shots.
Just as one of the people was about to answer, Bigs, who appeared from the background, said < "What do you want here boy? You're not welcome here" >
< "I brought a present, Bigs. Besides, I just helped you, so could you at least accommodate me a little? Please" > , I tried to say with a sweet face.
< "No one asked for your help, but I don't want to owe you anything, so I'll listen to you. But be brief," > he said, annoyed.
I was granted entry and the gates to the wall were opened.
But when I entered, I didn't see a huge city or highly luxurious buildings as I had expected, but only a modest village that lived on a cliff and the houses were made of straw and wood.
I had already realized that it was a poor town, but I hadn't expected anything like this.
Yet they have a leader like Bigs Mubae.
So how can they live in such conditions?
In the center of the village, we sat down in the middle of their main square and Bigs asked me to talk, which I wanted to talk about.
< "First of all, I have my gift that I want to present" > I said and made money and food appear behind me with the help of my teleportation.
In fact, I teleported away and back again in the blink of an eye, except no one noticed because it happened so quickly.
But then Bigs said to my gift < "Put the dirty money away and the food too.
I don't want your dirty money" >
At that I got a little angry and looked at Bigs with a serious look to make him realize that he was going a little too far and said < "I didn't bring this for you, but for your people, besides I don't think you want to take away such a relief from your people just for your pride.
The money and food are mine now and I don't use it for dirty business, otherwise I wouldn't be here, but with Puis" >
When I said that, he didn't reply and asked why I was here.
< "I need your help with Vulaj" > I told Bigs.
< "I don't want to hear about Vulaj, boy. I've told you before that he's betraying me..." > , he was about to say, but I interrupted him and said < "I know 'because he betrayed you', but I guess he didn't betray you Bigs, that's why I'm here" >
< "What makes you think he didn't betray me?" > Bigs asked, annoyed.
< "I heard from a confidential source that Lou Vulaj was killed," > I said.
< "Lou Vulaj was murdered. Who? Who would be strong enough to have killed him? He was the only one in his family with a gun, even though he was stronger than anyone else without one. That weapon was just to show his opponents how weak they were, because he didn't even have to use his sword to defeat them, and you're telling me someone murdered him? Who would that be? " > Bigs said, making fun of my statement.
< "In short, his right hand," > I replied.
< "His right hand? Theoretically, that would be plausible, since his right hand has always been against peace and wanted to show every other family that they should be afraid of Vulaj, but practically, it's not possible, since Lou would never have lost to him in a ..." > , Bigs said and I interrupted him and continued his sentence < "...never would have lost in a fair fight." Does it pique your interest now Bigs? " >
< "Now the question arises, 'How do you beat someone who is actually stronger?'. It's quite simple. You set him up! I don't know how he did it, but it must be something that would give Lou Vulaj a 100% defeat" > , I explained further.
I could tell Bigs was very concerned about this, but he didn't comment.
I got to the point and told Bigs < "I personally don't care how the Right Hand did it, but I know I have to do something about the Vulaj because they will cause big problems later if Puis Wallace finds out and they join forces with the Vulaj family. So I wanted to ask for your support" >
< "No matter how believable and logical it all sounds, the question is whether I can trust you boy" > , Bigs said as expected.
I answered him with < "I have no problem giving you time to think about it, but please don't think about it too long, because the fate of the island depends on it. I will go in there with or without you, you are just a mitigation of the risk of failure" >
Then I got up and said goodbye, as it was getting late and I still had to go home for dinner.
< "You shouldn't be so proud and accept these gifts as it would help your village, but if you still insist on not wanting them, just throw them away or something, but something given from my hand will not be taken back. I'll be on my way Bigs. I can't be late for dinner or I'll be in trouble," > I said and walked to a safe distance from the Mubae realm so I could teleport home without them seeing.
They've already seen some of my powers, but right now I think I'd be better off if they didn't know much about my powers.
I teleported right to the front door and knocked for them to open it for me.
Shiro opened the door and Nima jumped into my arms and greeted me.
Tobo stood shyly to one side as usual and showed me in his own way that he was happy to see me.
< "How was your day together?" > I asked Nima and Tobo.
Even before they answered, I could see their faces light up at this question and Nima replied < "It was very, very, very fun Jun, but we hardly got anything" >
< "Why?" > I asked her, puzzled.
< "Because, you know Jun. We only had the essentials until today and I was happy with that. That's why it felt wrong to get things we didn't need," > Nima said.
< "And I didn't get anything because I didn't need anything. I already have everything I need here. A bed, food every day, a roof over my head and, best of all, a family." > Tobo added.
I looked at the two of them, took them in my arms and told them < "You don't know how happy I am to have you in my life. I couldn't imagine having better little siblings" >
Tobo was so surprised to hear this that he was even happier.
We spent a normal and pleasant evening together, eating and spending time afterwards.
When it was late in the evening, I sent the little ones to bed.
When I lay down on my bed to briefly review the day, I fell asleep through tiredness.
Shiro saw me through my open door when she also wanted to go to bed and came to tuck me in.
After that, she watched me briefly and then went to sleep herself.
