Liviana reminded him, "A body can not contain two souls at the same time, Your Majesty."
"I can." Mattew looked down. His voice broke the tension between them. "My body can hold two souls at once, so perhaps my son can as well."
Liviana raised her head and looked at Matthew with her fierce eyes. Each of her sentences sounded sharp and raw, bringing a great firmness within. "And what if he can't? Will you throw him away because he stole the body of your new son? If you are unwilling to raise him after knowing this, then just forget about him."
She pushed Matthew away, keeping him away from the queen's door chamber. "I'll take care of him if you don't want him. We can go far away from this land, so you can easily forget about him."
