"Looks like we're almost at Tredo Castle," informed Matthew as he peeked through the curtain.
Ruby quickly opened the curtain and then watched the outside through the window. Her eyes rounded entirely because she was struck by the palace's beauty not far from the carriage.
The palace towered so high that its dome almost touched the clouds. The walls were covered with glittering gems that could reflect sunlight; most likely, the powder was crushed gemstones, then glued using plaster to decorate the walls of the Palace.
"The Tredo King doesn't even bother hiding his wealth," Ruby whispered.
"He doesn't need to do that because his kingdom already provides many fortunes. Because of the beautiful beaches, the Tredo Kingdom always has a lot of visitors every month."
