Osborn narrowed his eyes, feeling dissatisfied with Philip's words. "Sir Carter, did you ask an emperor to listen to your words?"
Philip hurriedly kneeled before the Emperor and said, "Please, forgive me, Your Majesty! I didn't mean to order you. However, wouldn't it be inappropriate if you handed over your prisoner to another person?"
Osborn ignored Philip, then spoke back to Matthew. "There's no difference between keeping their presence here and in Veritas. Therefore, if you really want to take them away, then take them. That way, I don't have to bother with the budget to feed the criminals."
Matthew, "How about Taylor?"
Osborn sighed. "You can't bring him. He's a prisoner for life, so he'll be working as a slave in the Imperial Capital."
Osborn could not possibly waste such a free resource, so he did not want to hand Taylor over to Matthew.
