Rubelia stood right in front of the cave entrance; she wiped the corner of her lip which was dripping with blood, after coughing a few times. Her ruby eyes glowed red among the darkness, looking like a deadly gaze.
"I'm here!" Rubelia shouted to the soldiers.
After all, no matter how far Rubelia tried to escape, the King of Annora would still be able to track her down because every royal wizard had sworn loyalty to the kingdom until death.
Therefore, if Rubelia broke that oath, then she would be doomed to a miserable death.
The oath could not be broken or prevented, so the only thing Rubelia could do was give herself up before she was forcibly captured.
"Rubelia! Your crime of defying the king's word is unforgivable!" a leader of the Royal Wizard walked up to Rubelia. Although his eyes looked angry, his face revealed a happy smile when he saw Rubelia surrounded by soldiers.
