Matthew plunged his sword into the ground as he landed at the bottom of the ravine. His golden eyes glowed in the darkness, allowing him to see his surroundings clearly, even without sunlight.
"Your Majesty, you scared me." Holden landed next to Matthew; he immediately breathed a sigh of relief when he saw no wound on Matthew's body.
Matthew put his index finger to his lips, signaling Holden not to make a sound. His pupils moved slowly, investigating the bottom of the abyss, which was filled with various plants.
Right in the middle of the ravine, Matthew saw a vast lake. When Matthew stepped into the lake, he realized that there were plants that could emit light in the water, making the lake look sparkling.
Thanks to the plants emitting that light, the lake environment was not as dark as the areas far from the lake.
Water bubbles come out of the lake every few minutes, then float to the plants growing in the ravine.
