Actually Cain was surprised because he wasn't expecting that answer from him, a few weeks back Enzo was going to kill him. How could he trust him enough to have him take charge of his company.
"Would that be a problem?" Enzo asked, seeing how surprised Cain looked.
He wasn't scared of Cain trying to do anything stupid behind his back because he will definitely have his men to watch him and report back should they suspect him acting suspicious.
It won't take long to be done with his revenge so even if Cain was planning something he doesn't think he would get the chance to execute them.
He has already waited for so long and has punished Avianna enough, it is time to be done with it already.
