As Violet dragged Fitz away from the battleground, Dean's dogs didn't waste their time as they immediately tried to maul me up but I was able to quickly 'blink' myself away from the first attempt. A large shadow begins to form from underneath me as I looked up and saw Roman coming down to smash me into pieces with his peerless strength. I rolled myself away from his landing and was able to take a short break.
"You're still in good I see." Roman complimented me.
Dean then added, "That's good. It's feels more worth it when we finally get a piece of you."
"Hey, hey, hey. Don't kill him just yet, you two. We need him alive." reminded Seth.
Roman then said, "It will be hard for me not to want to kill him, Seth. I'm growing a lot of hatred just because of what he did in the past."
Seth then replied to him, "I busted you out. It's fine. Just control yourself, Roman."
During their conversation, Yumiko was already waiting at a vantage point as she shot out a electrical bullet next to Dean to which he was immediately electrocuted. But the electrocution didn't last long as Dean was able to withstand the surprise attack.
Yumiko then said to herself, "Hmm...It's enough to hurt him, I guess."
Zenith then suddenly appeared behind her and said, "Hey, Yumiko."
"Woah! Shorty? When did you get here?" startled Yumiko.
"Can you give me your bullets? Perhaps I can do something with it." suggested Zenith.
"What are you trying to do now? It's not like it's going to work like the smoke plan." Yumiko wasn't up for it.
But Zenith pressed hard and said, "Your bullet can be better but it was limited by the producers of the bullet itself."
"What do you mean? You mean all of the bullets I bought from here is made from The Fox Gang?"
"Yes. And they have toned down every single bullet that you have bought from the past. Give it to me so I can unleash its true potential."
Yumiko sighed and told her, "Fine!" She opened her Dimensional Bag and gave Zenith a chest full of bullets in it.
Zenith quickly tuned a single bullet and immediately gave it to Yumiko. It was the Clone Bullet. Zenith nodded to her which basically means that she wanted her to use it at the very instance. Yumiko hesitated at first but she loaded her flintlock with the unlocked Clone Bullet and shoot herself right at the head. Once that was done, two clone suddenly appeared instead of one.
"So I'm supposed to have two clones with a single bullet, huh? No wonder the price are off the charts. They lied to me." Yumiko then started to trust Zenith and said, "Continue fixing bullets while I distract them."
Zenith nodded as all of the three Yumiko jumped down from the vantage point and threw a devastating wave attack at Roman who was apparently about to attack me. In case anyone has forgotten, Yumiko could still use her Water Magic to fight even without her bullet.
"You owe us." One of the Yumiko reminded me.
"Yeah, just make sure to thank Zenith." I replied to her back as I stood right next beside her.
One of the Yumiko sarcastically made a verbal sigh in disgust of what I had said. Found the real one.
Without much room for break, Dean summoned a bunch of wolves and surrounded us with it. The wolves were encircling us as they await for an attack. We were in full awareness as we get ready for one of them to jump in and maul us with their sharp teeth and claws. Just as expected one of them strikes as one of the Yumiko clone pushed it away with a burst of raging water directly into the wolf's mouth. The wolf was sent flying to one of the pillars, knocking it out of the equation.
Seeing what had transpired, Dean called in all of his wolves to strike together instead of attacking one by one. Which was a bad call as I used my time stopping ability to stop the time around us as I touched the real Yumiko's hand, enabling only her to move around during the stopped time. She responds by creating a ball of water that exploded into tiny little needle. The needle was able to hit the vital points of all of the wolves within the stopped time area of effect. As time resumed back for the wolves, they were probably already dead considering where Yumiko was aiming at.
"Isn't that a bit too harsh?" I asked her.
"Their wolves, White. There's no way we won't lose a limb or two if we let it live." Yumiko told me the harsh truth as her clone begins to destroy the oncoming wolves with more devastating water attacks.
Dean's attack failed to do any harm towards us but a small fissure begins to erupt near us as Roman returned from the wave attack a few moments ago. He returned with a glowing red eye. He probably took one of those pills on his belt and made himself able to have laser vision. To which my guess was correct as one of the Yumiko sacrificed herself instead of letting me hit a surprise laser attack.
Yumiko then told me, "That's another one."
I shrugged it off as I stood back up. But Roman begins to ran straight towards us as he shoots out lasers from his eyes. Both Yumiko and her clone was able to create a water wall but the walls weren't tough enough to hold as it immediately started to break itself.
Yumiko then shouted, "Shorty! Give me something now!!!"
Zenith threw two random bullets, one for each Yumiko as they both loaded the bullet with their flintlock and shoots the flintlock straight towards Roman without any hesitation. One of the bullet was an explosive bullet and the explosion was larger than what I remembered. But what was the bullet?
As the smokes of the explosion begins to slowly fade away, Roman was visibly seen still standing strong but there was one slight problem. He wasn't moving. He was staggered in his movement.
Yumiko then said, "You even gave me the new bullet I got, huh?"
"What is it?" I asked.
She answered, "It's a Stun Bullet. Works about a second but I assume that shorty has fixed that as well."
"Just enough time for me to counter attack." I headed straight toward the stunned Roman and combined both my electrical magic as well as my wind magic on my left hand and punched Roman with it.
The punch electrocuted him for a moment but the next moment flew him away to the walls as the ceiling above him begins to crumble down and buries him with it. We can safely assume that Roman was out of the battle for now but our relief was brief as Seth had captured Zenith.
"Stop!" shouted Seth as he took hold of Zenith. "The girl gets it if you do anything else. Surrender now, you two." Seth's available hand was completely made out of fire as it was nearly close to Zenith's face.
"Fire?" I said to myself.
"Not just any fire. This fire will burn her down the moment it touches her. It's not a normal fire as you can see. It's a blue fire." He was right.
As things were getting a lot more suspenseful. We were out of option to fight further as Zenith could potentially be killed from Seth's blue fire.
However, Zenith didn't gave us a scared look. She was more confident than what I had expected. Now that I remembered, I didn't quite get to hear what was Zenith's 2nd unique ability was. I wonder if this could be the reveal...
