She thanked me for comforting her, but she shouldn't really thank me. Knowing that the credit wasn't mine I told her to look at Lady Alicia and gave her the thanks instead.

After she gave her thanks Jake and her mother came to us and apologized again.
"I am sorry for what happened. Thank you so much, Ms. Saint."
"No worries Mrs. Cobalt I am just glad no one got here."
Jake felt sad knowing that what happened just now was because of his careless action.
"Hey, are you okay? Seeing him like that Litia asked how he was doing."
"What do you want, Laugh at me? Go ahead, laugh."
Feeling humiliated he lashed out to Litia, and instead of talking back, she said something else to him.
"No that is not my intention."
Litia, knowing that he was somehow unstable, so she tried to help him by comforting him as I did to her.
"Look, remember what I said earlier."

"Yes."

"I have time to practice and train so I can do that. And remember you can do better as long as you train harder next time."

As I was about to deny the plan of doing the project I was interrupted by the kids.
