"Shut up! Weakling like you doesn't need to know. Plus it's not an enhancement spell but just a side effect of using my body's full power."
'I see. So he was holding back earlier. Well not like I am not holding back as well though.
Gathering mana as I changed my core states to mage I cast my spells.'

With confidence he took on the attacks.
Upon seeing this I thought to myself.
'As expected it won't affect him. But that's not the reason I used that spell.'
As the lightning barrage was still in effect due to my mana domain I charged forth to him at high speed.
"Heh, you are a fool indeed.'
Raising his arm to punch me I too continued my attack. And then.
Whoosh bam
"Goho, h-hooww..?"
"Pretty obvious actually."
Saying that I finished him by knocking him unconscious.
Tak tak tak.
Suddenly soldiers arrived after I defeated my enemy.
"Were you the one who did this?"
"Yes, he is a criminal I caught."
"Understood we will take it from here."
"Good, I'll be going then."
"Thank you for your help."
I left as the soldiers thanked me.
Leaving it to them would be better since they have mana sealing stones with which they can prevent that maniac from escaping.
Right now I need to help everyone.
But I am quite surprised this guild card has to send us messages directly from the guild master. I'm amazed, after all it's so thin.
I wonder how the others were doing?

Like Dustin, every adventurer was given priority to help the people inside the City.
An example was the group of Female Adventurers that the Lakewood sisters joined.
[Listen to all of you adventurers, you might have heard the explosion. I would like to have some of you provide support for the people inside. This is not mandatory so those who want to stay, stay that's all.]
"Was that the guild master?"
"Yes it was him."
When one of the girls heard the announcement they asked their leader. In which she confirmed.
"This type of gimmick is applicable to all adventurers. but it is only usable during war to announce retreat or during certain situations like this. and I guess this might be the first time in a long while that it is used like this. "
She said to the girls around her and continued.
"Anyway, what is your choice? I can't leave the post since I was given the head position but it's different for you guys."
Hearing their leader gave them a chance to choose they all looked at each other and said.

"I guess the group is divided into two huh? well this is better go now."
Once she gave the approval the group who chose to assist left and headed to the capital.
Then Ria Gale faced those who stayed.
"Now then get a good rest because afterwards we won't get much of it later."

Just like her group the other adventurer groups also made the same and different decision.

It's been almost an hour since I fought the Lightning Fire guy. After him I fought two more individuals and they are the same as him though with different elements.
Although I got a hunch on who they were, I am still not sure since they use multiple elements.
Also the monsters that got in are still running around. Good thing I met a few adventurers and with their help we controlled their movements.
"Sir Bolt, that was amazing. Thank you for the help."
"Yeah we thought we were goners."
"No worries more than that do you guys have any handcuffs for them."
"Yes, yes here you go."
They then politely obliged as they gave a mana sealing handcuff sealing the mana of the assailant.
"There might be more of them so just remember to use spells to beat them, especially those they are weak against."
"Yes of course thank you."
Saying that I move fast to help lessen the monsters.
Boom!
"Kyaa!"
"NO!"
Coincidentally I heard a sound of battle not far from my direction. And somehow the voice seems familiar.
Having a bad feeling I headed to the place fast.

"Kekekeke. To think I will be fighting a group of women after this trash what waste. Anyway, let's just finish this off."
"Everyone, don't get provoked by him, we can do this."
"Yes, don't worry."
"Yeah we can do this."
"Ahahaha. Me provoking? You people? I don't need to do that."
Saying so the guy raised his arm and created a huge fireball, while it swirls in his hands.
"Because I can do this [Explosion]."
"Oh no!"
"What is that huge amount of mana?
It's coming."
"Don't worry. [High Protection]."
As she cast a spell Alicia Took the full force of the impact the enemies spells power has.
Boom!
"Kyaaa!"
"NO!"
As the spell was hurled to their direction they all flung away from the impact.
AHhh!
Swoosh Swoosh Swoosh
And then all of a sudden they were safe as someone moved fast enough to catch all of them.
"Oh to think someone can move from my spell's effect? Care to introduce yourself?"
"Yeah my hands are full so no."
Hearing everything, Alicia was glad and confused at the same time.
Glad since they have a strong helper.
Confused because she felt something to this person the same feeling she felt to a certain someone.
'But why?'
Not knowing the answer to the question her heart was then in turmoil.

Arriving here wasn't easy, using acceleration was not the only thing I did. I also strengthen my body as I use Heat Impact.
And because of that i was able to arrive here fast like I did now and with that I also have some spare time to save them
'Phew good thing I was able to master this move although not for long I was able to apply the effect for a few seconds and that's good enough for me.'
"Are you just going to leave them here, or are you saying you are going to beat me so fast that you could help the others?"
"The latter of course."
I don't know the outcome of this battle but I need to be confident so that the morale wont go down.
But seriously that attack earlier was too strongI need to up my game on this one.
"How bold of you but what fun would it be if you weren't? Let's start."
He announced as he casted spells again.
Flames spears
Flame spears started raining down towards our direction.
"Can you guys defend yourself?"
I asked the women behind me.
"Yes we could."
"Then please do so."
Saying that I charged onto him fast. I moved in a zigzag way to avoid getting hit by his spells and as I got close.
Swoosh shing
"Heh a swordsman huh? well not bad but still you need to do better than that."
He said that then he swiftly moved away from my attacks.
"Wind magic."
"Oh how perceptive? But so what, it's your funeral after all, so being perceptive won't do a thing."
Saying that he threw me even more fire spells.
'Damn this is bad everytime I attack he dodges using wind magic. And during his attack he uses fire spells. And if i'm not wrong those fire spells are also strengthened by wind magic. Now this is bad.'
I dodged all his attacks as I analyzed all of his movements.
'And if I'm not wrong then he still has not used his full strength.'
Seeing as this is going nowhere I moved even faster and incorporated spells in my attack.
"Oh to think you can also cast spells. Now that is intriguing."
Not taking me seriously at all he casted even faster and with even stronger attacks.
"Kyaa!"
"Ahhh!"
Then out of nowhere the girls behind me were also being hit by the attacks.
Seeing as it came to this I thought of using my new weapons.
Then activating my summoning magic I summoned Titan in to defend against all attacks as he shields the girls behind.
"What is that some kind of Anti-magic weapon?"
Well that would be your first impression with Titan's shell but its not it is more like blending to its surrounding. The attacks being hit on him are not negated but absorbed.
At first I thought the shell was something that negates mana but after many experiments it only guides mana to stay at surface level so the one negating mana isn't the shell but the same mana being hitted on it.
So the only thing that can damage his shell is if it was hit by a solid object. But there's still another catch: the shell is not only made by a hard substance but hardened by the opposite layer making it even sturdier than the normal substance it had absorbed.
"So are you just gonna hide behind that shield of yours?"
"No, just preparing."
I said that as Titan retracted his shell revealing my new weapons.
