I swung my sword at the dummy in front of me while breathing steadily.
I'm currently practicing my sword swings outside. I was able to go, so Right now, I'm training in an unused training facility.
"Fuuu"
I noticed many strange patterns that weren't like what I remembered when looking around. And in response to my concerns, Kiara gave the answer.
"Because of certain circumstances, you have been relocated to this separate location from the main castle, your highness."
"Mmm, I get it,"
Her response let me know that was not the case, but it doesn't really matter because it is better this way. I don't really want to confront them, and I'm not sure how I should feel when I do. It will still be awkward even if I do have those memories to rely on.
Plus I still don't know who poisoned me, though I am positive it would be among my relatives. There is still a chance that they weren't the one who did it. And even if they were not the ones who would try to hurt me they would definitely be part of it. Since it is most unlikely possible for assassins to get inside the castle without inside help.
So instead of mulling over investigating who had done it. It is best for me to survive and escape this place. And to do that I need to prepare, so first on the agenda is training.

Right now swinging the sword isn't a strange thing for me to do. After all, since the discovery of my talent I was given a lot of lessons from amazing people. Though it isn't at the level of adults training it would still help me build my foundation.
Well that was all according to my former teachers' views, the training was so scary even for an adult like me. It was like torture but this boy was enjoying it; talk about a nerve of steel. Or maybe he's just a maso-. Wait I gotta stop right there it would only mean I am the same, after all this now my body.
Anyway with nothing to compare I won't really know.

Hmm? It seems like I forgot something.
"Your highness, here's your towel."
"Oh thanks."
Huh? That's right, why didn't I think of that. Kiara's a former warrior, she could just help me. I'll ask for her help when I get a full grasp of my body.
Well then time to see if I have the required materials to do that.

After a good set of training I returned to my room and checked my stuff. I guess the royal family are really generous, they didn't touch much of my stuff and they even put things that weren't there. huh? Wait, where is it? It seems like I spoke too soon.
Those piece of sh*t! Why?! Only a few of them are left and there is only one element. Those bastards, how could they do this? I know those are very precious but they can't just take those. But why! This is not just bullying, this is just plain daylight robbery. F**K Them!

Exhaling all the tension from my body relaxed; well what can i expect being a failure is no excuse to this family after all. Looking at the black orb on my hand I felt a little relief. Well no matter the element as long I have a mana core I can still use it. But they are really ruthless; they didn't even leave any mana crystals even though they are less valuable than mana cores.
So I started my plans for the next following days.
And in between those I did a little bit of detour to finish my preparation. What I did was studying different subjects like about creating my core and training with Kiara. She was very apprehensive about it at first but she later gave in.

"Good form your highness."

"That's enough for now, how were your studies your highness?
"Yeah I am getting there. I am glad that there is a library."
I was really shocked and glad that they have so many books here. It also made me understand not only is it a detached house it is also a guest house. And the usual guests here were magic researchers so having a huge amount of past time. It also works in my favor because it would also help me advance with my plans.
So I was really glad that there is a library here though it is tiny compared to the main castle. It still holds a lot of knowledge that is not open to the public. And what I find is also amazing and while reading them I finally have a direction to go.

And after a month of preparation I was finally finished with my preparation. After carving from my collection of rocks I finally made a huge piece of a magic circle. I myself am surprised I had the same hobby as this prince because I collect rocks myself well that didn't last long.
So my plan was to summon my second contracted beast, the last one before the poisoning vanished without a trace. So right now I have to create a new pact and I wish this will have most of the abilities I want.
Well considering that my last summon beast was an ancient bloodline this would definitely be great. And it has an element of blue flame at that, symbolizing the affinity of the royal bloodline. Well I was only able to get to know it for a week before I was poisoned.
So let's pray to the gods of this world. Let's add the gods of my world to get a better chance. and after waiting for midnight since I don't want Kiara to find out I began the ritual.
"Let's start."
After making sure that no one would get in my way I started my summoning. pricking my finger like in Nar*t* I activated the spell.
"[Let my blood be your guide, and this world you will emerge. Summon.]"
As this happened an explosion happened outside without me knowing. It was because at the same time my new companion had arrived.
Shing! It rose and shined
Pak! Then it fell.
"What? Are you kidding me?!"
My reaction was understandable. What I tried to summon was a summoned beast but what arrived at my doorstep is a freaking rock.
It's true I like rocks and I made the magic circle out of rocks instead of a magic circle from a professionally made one. But it shouldn't have any problems since you have to carve it a stable surface. And what i use is a smooth type of obsidian like rock so it shouldn't have any difference.
"What did I do wrong?"
Saying that I thought of what I did wrong, as I took the rock closer to me, but as I did something popped out.
"Aaaah!"
I screamed as I dropped it. And to make matters worse.
"Your highness!"
"Aaaah!"
It was Kiara Slamming the door open. Giving me a second scream I had for the night.
"Your highness?"
"Haaa, It's you Kiara, you scared me. Why didn't you knock? Or more like ``why are you here?"
"Well those guys did it again and I thought of checking up on you, just to be sure."
"Huh? Again?"
"Yes, and my apologies. I heard you screaming so I did what I did."
She bowed as she left after I told her that it was just a nightmare. Her arrival really scared me but I guess I should understand her.
Anyway this got me thinking, this might also be the reason why they gave this place for me to live because of those guys. By those guys I meant those mad scientists in the research facility. They continuously did so many explosions that they were forced to create a sound proof area for them and this was included for it was supposed to be guest researchers.
Now then let's clean my things up and get a contract with another beast. Eh? Where is it? Where's my rock, the magic circle? And where is that rock? My head suddenly felt numb. It took me three months to make that. And those rocks are very hard to get and those were the only ones close to magic iron ores.

I panicked when I heard a loud drop sound. I opened the box filled with my rock collection and I saw it swallowing off my rocks. And not to mention it swallowed more than half of it.
Instead of getting angry, I picked it up. It felt peculiar; it was a turtle-like creature. And putting it down I gave up and made a contract with it. After all, it ate most of the rock collection. I have to make it work for me to give back what it ate. Let's start a contract then.
"[Let my blood be the sign and proof of our bo-.]"
I suddenly stopped midway not because I was having second thoughts, but because it ate my mana.
So it didn't eat just rocks but also mana. That's very strange. But wait? Isn't this bad if it continues to eat mana then how are we gonna form a contract? And seeing his ability it kind of makes me want it even more.
How about I make it full? Thinking that I took the dark mana core. And as I was about to feed it, it jumped on me.
"Okay, okay here."
I didn't know that it eats mana cores and it likes it more than the rocks. And after many minutes it was full so we made a contract.
Good thing you were done you almost emptied my stocks of mana cores.
Well then, pricking my finger again I made a contract with it.
"[Let my blood be the sign and proof of our bond let it be so contract.]"
