As the fight began Havok made sure to get far enough away, so that he did not catch the attention of the Hellhound or get caught up in the various techniques that were about to be launched at each other. He stood there and watched, while Leona and Grant did their best to kill it.
Grant used 'Haste' as he sped towards the Hellhound. The Hellhounds' paws caught fire as it sprinted towards Grant. When they were a few feet apart the Hellhound opened its mouth and shot a beam of fire at Grant's head. Grant slid feet first in order to dodge, the attacks flew over his head right at Leona who quickly wrapped her vines around a nearby tree and pulled herself out of the way.
"Ow!" She uttered as she released her vines from the tree. Her vines were singed, that is why she cried out in pain. The vines were a part of her, so she felt it when they were burning.
