A frail woman was trying to get up from her bed in a different place. Because she had been in a coma for a month, the muscles in her body were stiff. Clara had trouble moving her legs. This afternoon she went to therapy. Only her hands have gradually recovered and can be used well. But, her legs still could not be used properly.
Slowly but surely, Clara tried to get out of bed. She tried to balance her body by holding on to the bed. She wanted to go to the toilet, but it didn't feel right to wake David up. There was a sense of awkwardness and hesitation if she asked for her brother's help.
While trying to reach the toilet door knob, Clara fell. The noise woke David from his sleep. How shocked he was to see Clara fall to the floor. When her eyes met David's, Clara could only smile shyly.
"What do you want to do? Why didn't you wake me up?"David asked worriedly.
"Hehehe... sorry, I can't bear to wake you up."
"And now you keep waking me up."
"Sorry."
"What do you want? You want to go to the toilet?"
"Yes. I need to pee."
David patiently petrified Clara up and escorted her to the toilet. After making sure Clara can be alone without the help of a nurse, David leaves her. Not long after that, Clara called him, and David patiently petrified Clara back to bed.
"How are things at the office? Is there any problem?"
"Everything is safe. All of the projects you've created have already started. And some are already done."
"Is there no problem?"
"Why do you keep asking for trouble? Do you expect all those projects to be problematic? You don't have to worry. You have an assistant you can rely on."
"Great. But can I ask you something?"
"Sure, what do you want to ask?"
"Do you know Nathan?"
"Yes, I do."
"Do I know him too?"
"You know him very well."
"Who is he? Is he an orphan too? Or is he our colleague in the office?"
"Before I answer all your questions. I want to ask you something."
"What do you want to ask?"
"Are you ready to listen to all the facts I will tell you? I don't want to make you faint again."
"I've always been ready for everything that happened to David. But you never wanted to tell me."
"Because I know the condition of your body, Clara. Don't you remember everything that happened yesterday? You've fainted twice and went into a coma the second time. I don't want you in a coma anymore. It would be best if you didn't faint again. And I also don't want to endure the pain and fear of losing again. You are my only family in this world!"
"Wow, you sound like a rebellious child! Don't you remember Mrs. Maria? She's our mother, David. She raised us well. And how could you forget it?"
"I'm serious right now, Clara! Of course, I remember who Mrs. Maria is. If Mary hadn't been here, I wouldn't be here today."
"It's good that you remember everything."
"So, are you ready? Can you be sure that you won't get even nosebleed anymore?"
"I'm trying! I'll ask you to stop if I can't hear it. Let's gently unfold the sheet."

David began to tell me who Nathan was. He told her how close they were to Nathan. David carefully recounts their childhood. While telling the story, David looked and examined the expression Clara gave. David doesn't want to take any chances at the moment.
While David was telling her everything, someone knocked on Clara's nursing room door. The man was Robert. After checking Clara's condition, Robert began to nag David. He was angry with David for he let Clara stay awake in the middle of the night like this.
"She woke up because she wanted to go to the bathroom, Doc. Don't blame me if she can't sleep right now."
"Even if she can't sleep, you don't ask her to tell stories like this in the middle of the night!"
"She asked for it. I just answered what she asked."
Robert and David began to argue. The sight made Clara smile. She knew these two men loved each other. And they both were also worried about Clara's health condition.
"Did Robert know Nathan?"Clara asked suddenly.
Clara's question made Robert look up. He stared at David questioningly. From his gaze, he seemed to say, 'What have you told her?'.
"Yes. Robert knew him well. Because they are co-workers."
"Huh? What David said is true. What were you guys talking about?"
"Clara was asking about Nathan. Clara was curious about the little boy who always played with her in the orphanage."
"Are you sure you can hear everything? I'm afraid your condition will ... "
"I'm sure. Please don't make me the only one who doesn't know anything. And stop thinking of me as weak and sick."Cut Clara.

"I'm ready, Rob. I can handle everything that's going to happen. I asked David to slow down."
Robert finally gave up, and he sat in the room. He also told her who Nathan was. The two men were also prudent. They watched every response Clara gave. They were afraid that something terrible would happen to Clara again.
Robert told her that when they were in elementary school, Clara always clung to Nathan. Nathan was three years older than them. When Nathan knew Clara and David from the orphanage, Nathan often came with his family.
Sometimes it's just playing or giving this and that help. They tell Nathan to move to England because his father, an Englishman, had to return to his country and invite his family to live there.
At that moment, Clara was sorrowful because she was going to separate from Nathan. But, Nathan promises he will return to Boston with his mother every chance, like on vacation. Visit her grandmother who is here. Nathan always keeps his word. Every winter break, Nathan always comes to Boston.
But as they grew older, Nathan rarely came home to Boston. This is because the activity is already solid. There's been much activity at his school. They start by studying to prepare for university entrance exams and much more. Clara, David, and Robert break off contact with Nathan.
