Taking advantage of Hannahs outburst after her punishment had been given during the court hearing,Gaels lawyer too the chance to completely finalise the divorce process and fine Hannah with a ridiculously huge sum of money for emotional damage and reputation damage.
That day the lawyer had given Gael a call to inform him of the results.After he finished the conversation with the lawyer,Isabel who was in the car with him asked.
"So,what did she say?Is it over?"
"As of today I am offically not legally tied to anyone."
"Congratulations!" Isabel smiled and clapped for him."Hmm,we need to celebrate,after this let's go eat lunch at the recently opened restaurant.I've seen their specialties,they suit your palate and aren't bad for your recovery."
"Finally I'll finally eat something worth eating."Gael exaggeratedly exclaimed
"Why are you so overdramatic?I've just given you to eat what the doctor said it will help with your recovery.Why are talking like I've been torturing you?"
"You call that food?It was so bland,they barely have any salt."
"Well look how fast you've recovered!The nutritious diet played a huge part."
"More like my will to finally eat something good."
Isabel just rolled her eyes."Drama queen."then she supported her chin on her palm."*sigh*You're really lucky.You managed to legally escape your ex-spouse.My case needs a bit more time,since it'll take a bit to take his assests."
"Don't worry,you'll also be free one day."
"I hope.After the police confirmed to us that that person was involved with trampling my car,I can barely stand looking at his face with each passing second.But I need to wait a bit more until the police in country 'I' can finally hand over the investigation completely at the police in country 'U',then we can also hand over the evidence we have collected.With that much dirt,no matter how powerful those hooligans can be,they won't be able to escape."seeing Gael in thoughts,Isabel silently observed him for a while.
"Gael is something wrong?You've been spacing out a lot lately."
"No,I'm fine.It might be that painkiller I took earlier,it made me a bit drowsy."
"Gael...If you don't want to tell me it's okay,but you don't need to lie like that."
As Gael had thought,Isabel really saw through him easily.
"It's not exactly that.*Sigh*I'll tell you later,so wait for me a bit,please."
"I don't mind waiting,but don't keep it inside for too long.Nothing's good when you bottle up your feelings."
"I'll tell you.You just need to wait a bit.Don't worry

These days James had been calling the stranger that he had instructed to take Isabel out of the picture,but no matter how many times he called,no one answered.
James's eyes had been red from insomnia.He couldn't sleep when thinking the possibility that Isabel and Gael might take everything from him.
He didn't have much time.Right now he could guess that one of the reasons those two might be tolerating him is because WAZ isn't completely stable.
If his business partners stepped out in the light to protect him it would make things more complicated.He was smart enough to guess this.
By the 10th time the monotonous voice reached his ears,James almost had the urge to smash everything in his office.
Why weren't these people picking up his calls?Don't they know in what dangerous situation he was in right now?Not only had they failed to kill Isabel,but they hadn't even managed to leave a single scratch on her.Was that a person who had just survived an accident?Was that a person who had been in a hospital bed,for days?
All James's thoughts were interrupted by the knock on the door.
"Sir,everybody is here for the meeting."
"Ok,I'll be there."
James entered the meeting room under everybodys eyes,but his only drifted to the woman who didn't pay attention to him,but was conversing with the man on the wheelchair.
After a while,somebody asked Gael.
"Mr.Laurier,I know it might be rude to ask for your um-"He then was looking at the wheelchair awkwardly.
"Oh,it's okay.I don't mind answering that question.It happened about a month ago,when I was in a business in country 'I'." When James heard the words 'country I',he slightly flinched and a bad feeling rose in his heart.
"This is not the first time me and Miss Ricci have worked together,so I was there to settle a few things for her new wine campaign."
"You mean Rosana?I tried that wine it was really something I had never tastes before,but that faint rose smell,Miss Ricci that was something I had never encountered before.What's your secret?"
"As you just said Mr.Thomas,it is a secret."Isabel silghtly smiled mysteriously.
"As expected from you.Then what happened Mr.Laurier?"
"Well unfortunately, there was a problem with the car and as you can see...."His tone was a bit weird and his eyes seemed to accidently drift to James.
"Dear heavens!Will you be able to recover?"
"Well,actually now I am recovering.This state is only temporary fortunately.I could've been all day at home lying down,but I am not a person who like staying in the same place for long.Isn't that right Mr.James?"
James had stopped listening to the word exchange after he heard 'there was a problem with the car'.Gaels state was because of an accident in 'I' country and it happened because he had a problem with the car?That was too coincidental no matter what.
So the reason Isabel was fine,was because she had never been using that car to begin with.
