When Ruh came to his the home weather become bad . And his wife Julia and son Sam don't like it they both hate Ruh . When Ritik was in office they said him to clean home, do laundry, make food, etc. They do this for 4 days after that Julia and Sam both was suffering from cancer. Both are in third stage and near to death Ritik go and meet them and ask what happened to you both in just 4 days , when I was not there what happened to you both .
