"Where did you guys actually come from? Why did my husband get hurt like this?" Fang Yi asked.
Li couldn't help but be silent, he was confused about how to explain to Miss Fang Yi. Because Commander Zhang had tried to cover up their mission from his wife before. But seeing him continue to cry made Li's heart really feel sad.
"What is it? What are you carrying with you?" asked Miss Fang Yi as she pointed to the sack Li had brought and walked over to pick it up.
"Don't, Miss! Do not open! Li said
Regardless of Li's prohibition, Miss Fang Yi was determined to open the room because she was really curious. How shocked he was after seeing the contents inside.
"Whose head is this, Li? Who did you kill?" said Miss Fang Yi.
Complicating the situation, Li finally explained everything so that Miss Fang Yi would not misunderstand her and Commander Zhang. Li also said that if all of this was His Majesty's orders, he and Commander Zhang could not refuse.
"Why did you lie to me? Why weren't you honest with me from the start?" asked Miss Fang Yi.
"Commander doesn't want Miss to worry! Surely Miss will forbid us to leave if she finds out about all this," Li replied.
Between feelings of wanting to be angry but all of that was the order of His Majesty the King, Fang Yi finally chose to restrain himself, try to be patient and accept because all this is indeed the risk of his husband's position. Not long after, the royal physician came and checked on Commander Zhang's condition.
"What about, Commander?" asked the Royal Physician.
"He's injured, quickly please check, healer!" said Li.
The healer then pulled out the arrow that was still lodged in Commander Zhang's back which Li deliberately didn't pull out for fear that the bleeding would get worse. But after he checked, it turned out that the wound experienced by Commander Zhang was not an ordinary sword wound. Judging from the surroundings that Commander Zhang's wounds had started to turn blue, the occupational healer suspected that the sword used to injure Commander Zhang was a poisoned sword.
"The poison has started to spread throughout the body, we must quickly find an antidote. This is no ordinary poison!" said the healer.
"Whatever the medicine, and wherever it is, I will find it, Doctor!" said Li.
"The blood of the Wolf King or his descendants, you must kill him and bring his blood here," said the Royal Physician.
"What? How can I find the Wolf King? Where should I look for it?" Li said
"The Wolf King may be difficult to find, but there are still descendants that might be around this kingdom," said the healer.
"There is a wolf eye tattoo on his body, kill that person and bring the blood here. That's the only thing that can save the current Commander-in-Chief," he added.
Fang Yin was instantly stunned and panicked at the royal Physician's words. Fen, surely the descendant of the wolf he meant was Fen. Fang Yin couldn't possibly let Li kill his son.
"Isn't there another way? It will be very dangerous for Li," said Fang Yi.
"No, Miss! That's the only way to save Commander Zhang," said the healer.
"Quickly find me again if the descendant of the Wolf King has found Mr. Li because when Commander Zhang is not much anymore, I beg to say goodbye first," said the healer who then left.
Fang Yin was really on the verge of confusion as to whether he should let his son be killed to keep his husband alive, or let his husband be like that so that his only child could live. A tough choice that Fang Yin had to make.
"Quickly find the descendant of the Wolf King, Li! Search around the mountain" said Fang Yin.
"Okay, Miss!" said Li who then hurried away.
Seeing Li who had left, suddenly Fang Yin fell to his knees in front of Commander Zhang who was still unconscious while crying.
"Forgive me! But I have no other choice, I really have no other choice" Fang Yin said while crying.
Following the advice given by Miss Fang Yin, he invited several soldiers to accompany him to the mountain. But previously he had ordered several soldiers to take Ming Hao's head to the kingdom so that the mission he carried out with Commander Zhang was not considered a failure by the King.
"We will not stop looking or go home until we find the descendants of the Wolf King," Li said to the soldiers.
The location of the mountain which is quite far from urban areas takes quite a long time to get there, the forest is still very dense, so they have to be really careful and careful. It had been a while until late afternoon, but Li and his troops had yet to find the person. They had searched the entire forest and mountain slopes but there was absolutely no sign of life there.
"Is it true that he's around here, Taun Li? We've been here almost a full day, but there's no sign of a flicker here at all. We only found wild animals and plants," said one of the soldiers.
"Miss Fang Yi told me to look for her here, so just look for it, don't make too many excuses," Li said.
Li actually knew that the soldiers were getting tired, and so was he. But this concerns Commander Zhang's life which must be saved immediately. Either way, tonight he had to get used to bringing the humans back home to the Wolf King's descendants, alive or dead.
"Where else should I look for him?" mumbled Li.
The peak of the mountain was in sight, but Li and his soldiers never found the man he was looking for. When frustration overtook him, he accidentally saw a house lamp not far from where he was standing.
"Maybe he's there," said Li, who then walked over to the house alone.
"Where is she? Could it be him?" Li said after a shirtless boy was sitting on a tree in front of the house.
The child was Fen who happened to be looking at the moon. Almost every night when the moon was full, the Wolf King gene that was in him was always out. That meant Fen was in a difficult condition to control himself, his strength had increased by three times than usual. Li, who initially had doubts if the child was the person he was looking for, immediately became convinced that the child was the descendant of the Wolf King he was looking for because he accidentally saw the child's Wolf eye tattoo on the back because it was highlighted by the house lights.
"Right! That's the tattoo," said Li
Without thinking, Li immediately approached the child and intended to kidnap him. However, Li's intentions had already been read by Fen.
