"Uuuggg, I am bored!" Natalia groaned for the umpteenth time that day. She was in the garden, laying around lazily. Elias stood to the side, trying to hide the amusement he felt.
When he first took up the job to serve Natalia, he didn't think much of it. It was just a job after all. He had done worse things than babysitting a woman.
Though he didn't dislike it, he didn't feel strongly about it either. However, his original sentiment was changing by the day. The future Queen was anything but boring to be around.
As the days passed by, he found a new source of amusement. It helped that she wasn't snobbish. The girl engaged him in most of her random rants.
At the moment, she was throwing one of her fits. He could almost feel the pity rise in his heart for her. A free-spirited bird was caged.
She looked around her, losing the glow that she had not so long ago. The first time she walked through this garden, she had enjoyed it.
