Chapter 91 - S3E89 - Luther Family Part 2

Twenty five years ago, a meteorite hit the surface of earth. It caused mass extinction of each and every species on earth. From the space rock escaped the radiations and chemicals, which caused some of the living beings to mutate, and gave them uncanny abilities. And thus began the new age of humanity, the Mutant Age!

Mark then proceeds to tell Luke about Katherine, his daughter and Luke's mother.

Before the apocalypse, she started acting weird. That was the time Mark discovered the scroll. The curse was laid upon him. The scroll, as a sacrifice, took his happiness away from him.

When the apocalypse happened, Katherine was a part of the 7.2 billion dead people. And it was devastating for Mark.

With the scroll, he revived Katherine, only to find that she is not the daughter he knew.

She was thirsty. Her thirst for lust. To satisfy that, he summoned another being, a man, Jake, who will then go on to be Todo's father.

"If only she could live... Katherine..... I could have see her truly happy ever after."

Katherine was now truly dead. Her reincarnation was futile. She was consumed by her lust. And Richard fulfilled his purpose of satisfying Katherine.

Todo was devastated after hearing his parents backstory.

"I took shelter in the other words. But I guess I was not able to survive too, as you found my dead body. Heh, this scroll really is a curse."

"What if I...."

"Hmm?"

"What if I save her?"

*To Be Continued*
