Twenty five years ago, a meteorite hit the surface of earth. It caused mass extinction of each and every species on earth. From the space rock escaped the radiations and chemicals, which caused some of the living beings to mutate, and gave them uncanny abilities. And thus began the new age of humanity, the Mutant Age!

Approximately a month ago, there occured a weird incident. The water of the South Ocean was reported you be floating with red lights visible. Ot happened two weeks after Mark Luther's body was discovered. And then recently, people also reported hearing two more explosions, after which, two more bodies were discovered. It was now clear that the deaths are somehow connected to the explosions in the local residence. Three explosion, three deaths, but still there was too much left to investigate. The bodies discovered before the explosions, and Mark's body being found before the first blast.
In between the process, another activity attracted the Foundation. It was people reporting missing from Street 404.
Meanwhile.
Todo was getting ready for another fight.
"What is it now, master?"
"47 people have been reported missing in a location nearby. The case is exciting, and I am excited to look it it too!"
