While Nikolai laid on the bed, Jin sat on the edge of it, "Soo-Min?" Nikolai repeated the name, "Yeah...call her miss Gyeon if she decides to pop here...Koreans are all about being polite." Jin replied.
"Didn't you say she's a good woman? why do you seem bothered by her presence?" Nikolai asked, "It's not Soo-Min that's bothering me...It's him...Ugh, I hate calling him dad!" Jin said ruffling his own hair in frustration.
"Then use his name! you said Koreans are all about being polite? be rude to him!" Nikolai replied.
"I Know that asshole is gonna show-up eventually, there's no way he won't...last and first time Seong-min got kidnapped, he came here but I avoided meeting him miraculously!...so basically he hasn't seen me in 7 years.
I'm not looking forward to see him." Jin said.
"He'll definitely bring his bodyguard with him? Why not expose them then?" Nikolai suggested, "Although he's my dad, he's Seong-Min's dad too...she needs him and I can't ruin that for her." Jin replied disappointedly.
"Wow, what an Angel...or maybe I'm just evil! hehe." Nikolai said chuckling.
"Are you going to lay on bed all day? I'd like that, you'll be making my job easy." Jin joked.
Yawning, "I think I wanna nap...all that massaging really relaxed my body and now I feel kinda sleepy." Nikolai said.
"Wanna Cuddle?" Jin suggested.
Nodding happily, "Yes! can I use your arm as a pillow?" Nikolai asked, "Consider my whole body your pillow." Jin replied.
...Meanwhile...
"Your cooking skills are amazing Rushil, the cake is something so hard to pass by around here...Mmm! I think Nikolai once told me that you can cook anything they ask of you, like literally anything!
I wonder how Radka didn't Open you a restaurant or something?...it doesn't seem like you guys don't have the money for that? do you?
You seem quite well-off, yet you let your only son buy you a house? what kind of parents are you?" Ha-yoon said while eating her second slice of the cake.
"You got us in the first half, For a second I thought you were complimenting my cooking." Rushil said disappointed.
"I am complimenting you for your amazing cake and for your wife's stone cold attitude towards your son...I Know part of Nikolai's struggle when he was still living with you guys." Ha-yoon replied smiling.
"We may have had our reasons for not supporting Niko financially, but we did support him emotionally.
As his parents we never judged him, whether when he came out or when he decided to follow that annoying John Crawford's footsteps." Radka replied.
"I heard that actor died like two years ago? that Man did only three good things in his life: Acting, training Nikolai and Dying." Ha-yoon said sarcastically, "Oh, actually four! not having children too! best decision ever! saves you money, and having to ruin another person's life." Ha-yoon added.
"You seem to have a prejudice against parents, why?" Radka asked, "What if I do old hag? I won't be the only one carrying such a prejudice in the world...Ask people nowadays!
Fuckin'Parents! ugh, they chose to bring children to life but don't care about them unless they behave the way they want them to...if we were to think about this logically, children don't owe their parents anything, but their parents owe them everything.
How can you ask a child you brought to life yourself, to pay you back?! They didn't choose to be born!
Parents just get hot and horny one night, and then BOOM! they made a baby! or more like a doll to manipulate for life." Ha-yoon replied gritting her teeth.
Suddenly, "Is that why you ran away from your parents? they didn't support your lifestyle?" Radka asked smiling.
"Am I being interrogated old hag?"
"I wonder why a daughter of A rich Korean family, is struggling financially as a music producer in A country overseas...I suppose your parents didn't support you enough."
"I don't have parents Radka." Ha-yoon replied, "You don't, because they disowned you, for being Gay with a talent for music that they think it's useless...so you decided to disown them back.
Somehow You moved here when you made it to the legal age, kept your name yet started a new life." Radka replied chuckling.
"Radka, what are you doing?!" Rushil asked.
"You're really a criminal, going around and digging into everybody's past, old hag." Ha-yoon said, "First of all, refrain from calling me an old hag.
And second, I don't know everything about your past yet, I know who you were before coming here, but everything else after that is a blur." Radka replied.
"And it'll stay a blur...if you think a cake is gonna make me spill sensitive details about my own past, then you're wrong...Old hag!
So what if I'm a disowned ex-rich girl? If my parents decided I'm not their daughter because I like women and music, the greatest two things in this world, then it's only fair that I decided they're not my parents anymore.
I don't need parents that can't accept what they created themselves! there's nothing wrong with me!"Ha-yoon replied.
"Oh! There's definitely something wrong with you." Radka replied back chuckling.
Snarling, "GAH! I don't understand your interest in me Radka! I can only imagine you're trying to get something out of me, but I'm done being blackmailed by the likes of you." Ha-yoon said.
"I'm not interested in your far away past...but rather the near one Ha-yoon.
Aren't people with your profession the type to move a lot? find all sort of opportunities out there to take? why not leave this place? what's keeping you tucked here?
Could it be because of personal issues, I mean I heard you're unprofessional and unconventional to work with despite producing great results, it made people become willing to turn a blind eye on your talent, because of your attitude.
Heck! I even heard you worked once before with Nikolai, although you guys didn't meet face to face because you refused to go to the Set that was in another state, which disappointed Nikolai because he enjoyed the track you made for the movie, and he was looking forward to meet you." Radka said.
Sighing tiredly, "Radka, what the fuck do you want?" Ha-yoon asked.
"Maybe you just hate traveling? because I don't think you've traveled at all in the last 7 years." Radka pointed out.
Confused, "Rad, I thought we came here to thank Ha-yoon for helping us, not grill her?!" Rushil asked.
"Oh, sorry I just got curious...You know me, I like solving mysteries." Radka replied smiling, it was obvious that she was joking about being sorry, which angered Ha-yoon even more.
Standing-up hastily, Ha-yoon flipped the table causing a huge mess.
Startled, "Oh my god!" Rushil cried-out, he jumped from his seat and backed away, while Radka remained seated and calm, smiling at Ha-yoon.
"Get the fuck out of my HOUSE! AND TAKE YOUR MAN WITH YOU! I'M SICK OF YOUR DAMN FACE!" Ha-yoon shouted.
"Are you done sweet cheeks?" Radka asked, "ARE YOU DEAF?! I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT?! " Ha-yoon shouted again.
Her smile faded, "If you're done throwing a tantrum, I'd like That we talk like two civilized adults.
I came here with more than just cake to offer, Fake Blondie." Radka said.
...Meanwhile...
"Where's your suitcases?" Seong-min asked.
"Oh! I came straight from the airport to the hospital so I left my belongings at the reception, I should go take them back and find me a hotel to stay in." Soo-Min said.
"Or you could stay At Ha-yoon's place?" Seong-min suggested, "That would be nice, but what would Ha-yoon say?" Soo-Min replied asking.
"Ha-yoon must've been the one who told you what happened, right?" Seong-min asked to which her mother Nodded to.
"I think Ha-yoon already readied herself to the possiblity of you staying at her place.
Besides! her place is big enough and nothing's better than a house with only girls in it." Seong-min said smiling.
"Men-free zone!...I guess we should go to Ha-yoon's then." Soo-Min replied smiling back.
"That's awesome!" Seong-min said.
"Barely a month in here and you're only talking to your korean mother in English." Soo-Min commented, "I got complimented on my English! of course I'm gonna use it more often now." Seong-min replied.
"Who complimented you?" Soo-Min asked with a smug face on, "Blake Sheldon, a friend of dad, he's like a really nice classy guy." Seong-min replied.
"So you found yourself a sugar daddy? Fighting girl!" Soo-Min said cheerfully, "God no! dude is happily dating Someone, besides he has a daughter my age and she hates me...kind of a long story.
Besides! I have my actual rich dad, I don't need a sugar daddy at the moment." Seong-min replied.
Raising an eyebrow, "I feel like something about you changed princess...it could be the trauma or something else, but I feel like something did change." Soo-Min said, "Is it a crush?" she added Smirking.
"As if I'll tell you! you'll go straight to that guy and annoy him." Seong-min replied.
"So you do like someone princess, tell me I might be able to help.
is it like forbidden love or something like that? love usually makes people shine brightly, but your light is flickering...I don't like that."
"I don't want to talk about it...You're talking as if you're the expert! you married my dad!"
"Just because I was shackled to that man, doesn't mean I never fell in love elsewhere...I was married to a man I never loved so everytime I fell in love with someone else, it was like a forbidden love case.
Besides! i did have a crush on that Bodyguard, I turned from your dad's wife to his love rival...so I'd say I know enough to help you, and don't forget that I gave birth to you princess.
I may have no right to control your life but I at least, have the right to ask about it."
"Speaking of dad...He knows about what happened to me, right?" Seong-min asked, "Nice attempt to change the subject...And yeah, he knows, I talked to him and he said he'll try to be here before 4th of July." Soo-Min replied.
"4th of July...this Saturday, so three days from now." Seong-min thought.
"He'll definitely be here with his bodyguard, I should avoid him." Soo-Min said.
"You still have something for the bodyguard?" Seong-min asked.
"Not anymore...for the past two years, I've decided to accept my loss and focus on myself instead.
I took your advice, i opened a ViewTube channel...I even started talking to people on the internet, going out, putting on makeup and dressing more modernly." Soo-Min said smiling.
"That's called healing, I'm proud of you." Seong-min replied smiling back at her mother.
Suddenly, "Oh, speaking of which, I forgot to tell you this princess but before this whole kidnapping thing happened again, I was planning to come here soon anyways, I needed to meet someone." Soo-Min said.
"Meet someone? who would you be meeting here?" Seong-min asked, "Well...I'll tell you but I need you to keep it a secret from Jin." Soo-Min replied.
"Then don't tell me, I don't plan on hiding something serious from Jin again...I thought I can handle ruining my relationship with my brother, but I take that back...I can't do it." Seong-min said.
"Alright! it's better if you too don't know anything." Soo-Min replied.
"Anyways, I'm gonna check on Cyrus one last time then we can go to Ha-yoon." Seong-min said, "Wait...since you're saying that you're not only exclusive for women.
is This Cyrus guy your crush?" Soo-Min asked.
Instantly blushing, "Go to the reception and get your things, I'll join you quickly." Seong-min replied before going back into Cyrus's room.
"Bingo!" Soo-Min said grinning.
