The soil inside the skulls came out under everyone's surprised gaze. The soil became a spear of average length in an instant unlike before.
"What the fuck?!" Emilia exclaimed looking at the skill.
Kyle ignored their questioning gazes and went running while the spear followed near. Jasper noticed the hand movement Kyle was doing.
When Kyle was a little near the herd of goblins, he jumped high in the air, around 10 feet, his perception was better with each point added to dexterity so he could easily perceive the range the spear had to be in now.
The skill had leveled up 3 times now, and the radius changed to 7 meters. The goblins shouted and talked with each other about how to handle the scary human.
With a small hand sign in midair, the spear went with full speed to one of the goblins making a hole inside the head, before the body could drop, Kyle manipulated the flying spear to yet another head then another, and finally, he landed on the ground in the middle of the goblins. The worth of practicing the skill showing itself dearly.
The others thought That Kyle, now moving as a support in the middle of many enemies did a mistake. Emilia wanted to shoot the beam at the goblins but Jasper stopped her.
"Don't, he's not done yet."
And clearly, Kyle wasn't. The goblin first made a little gap between them and Kyle but after noticing that he was inside the mouth of the lion, they got the confidence to attack, and the first one out of them came toward him.
PEW!
SPLATTER!
*"Shit"* Reacted the other goblins. The spear moved flexibly at the other goblins. Kyle made eye contact with the level 6 Hobgoblin with a grin.
The Hobgoblin fumed in anger.
*"You think you can defeat me with these pesky tricks."* The Hobgoblin said arrogantly.
Kyle just snorted and made the spear go through the Hobgoblin's right thigh. It pierced through it and took a turn, piercing the left one this time.
*"ARGHH!!"*
He wanted to say something to the dying Hobgoblin but it was not natural for a human to speak the language of goblins, right?
"Crazy..." Emilia said aloud getting two nods in response.
The scream from their chief helped as a trigger of fear in the goblins toward Kyle.
*"AAA!! Run fast, he'll ki-"*
SPLATTER!
"Where the fuck are you going?" Kyle asked with a grin and just like that, he killed everyone on that floor without any problem.
The experience points were not that good but it was around 120, just around 700 more and he will level up.
Kyle came to them again with a smug look, if he had the strength, why don't flaunt it too?
"That was amazing," Jasper said with a thumbs up, Kyle could tell that Jasper could do something similar too.
Keitan also nodded his head, a small smile on his face that was seen for the first time.
Kyle at last looked at Emilia who was staring at him in a new light.
"Hmph! You are not that useless." She had nothing to say aside from that and Kyle enjoyed that moment dearly.
"My mana is 30% depleted so...I will be using the sword for now."
"no worries, but I don't think the next will be this easy. The first floor had those spiders of below level 3 and now, they were below level 6, I think we should get serious and coordinate our attacks now.." Jasper said with a serious face. Kyle pondered for a few seconds, that really was the case and the next floor could have enemies of his level.
They climbed the stairs slowly hoping to see something normal to defeat. At the last step, they could finally see the enemies....or it should be said, enemy.
"Oi....is that what I think it is?" Jasper whispered with a serious face. Kyle inspected that thing to clear the misunderstanding.... but it made him pale instead.
----
Fire Drake
Level 8
----
The Drake was big in size, almost 12 feet in height, its color was red with scales all over the body. The wings were folded so it was difficult to know how long they were. It had the look of the dragons but was smaller and less dangerous. It was soundly sleeping with a calm expression.
With patience, the three humans with one disguised skeleton went about 50 steps down, only then were they able to get a little calm.
"How the fuck are we going to kill that thing?!" Emilia exclaimed with a pale expression, it was really an unexpected situation.
"That's not the main problem, what concerns me is that this is only the 3rd floor and a dungeon always has about 5 floors," Kyle said with his gloved hand on his helmet-covered chin.
"Well, let's not think about that for now," Jasper said while taking a deep breath to calm down. " We are lucky as it's not a dragon, the drakes are not thought to be as strong as the dragons. But they are formidable foes just a step behind being a lesser dragon. We need a strategy."
'How I wish I had that damn lizard in my dungeon.' Kyle desired, but it was not a time for thinking something like that.
"My Earth spear skill will definitely not work on that reptile, but I have two aura skills that can harm him dearly but I can't use them for more than 12 minutes."
"I have an aura skill that makes my sword's sharpness 10 times sharper and my attacks 3 times stronger, with some sword techniques," Jasper said with seriousness.
"I can't use my fire skill as he is a fire element creature, it will not harm it but do more good. But I have a similar skill to your Earth spear but it takes too much mana."
"Let's use it if we got no choice, and...what about you, Keitan?"
"I can attack from the dark," Keitan said.
"And?"
"That's all I need"
"Okay, then you attack from the dark," Kyle said, the room was not dark at all where the drake resided.
"Okay....let's go."
They all went up and took some steps into the room, it was very big, bigger than the previous one, Kyle couldn't help but frown.
'Just how strong is this Dungeon Master?'
